How quick everyone forgets how we were just a few short years ago.

One thing you aren't taken into consideration is that when the economy went to shit. The upper management of many companies went to the labor force and said"boys we are in a pickle. we need to to suspend your c.o.l. and raises until we straighten things out. If you don't mind we are going to cut your pay a buck and then we may make it thu these dire times" Kroger is one of the companies that did this. When they made record profits the management team got healthy raises but none went back to employee. I was self employed with a contract thru 6 companies. Every stinking company cut contracts with trans-american cutting it yearly.Comment -
