If you don't mind we are going to cut your pay a buck and then we may make it thu these dire times" Kroger is one of the companies that did this. When they made record profits the management team got healthy raises but none went back to employee. I was self employed with a contract thru 6 companies. Every stinking company cut contracts with trans-american cutting it yearly.
