    Medium rare here. marinade for 6 hours, Teriaki marinade, steak sauce, soy sauce, beer, salt, pepper, onion salt & garlic works. hard to go wrong adding anything (Jelly even peanut butter). Cook fast on HOT grill just letting each side get hot for about 4 mins 1/2". JMO.

            Season, then BBQ sauce... Sear on high for 3 mins each side then cook on medium depending up on how rare/done you want it.

            I got it down to a ****ing science. Steaks = hell of good food

              i cooked a london broil tonight right before the playoffs began i had it marinating for 2 days...it was amazing....but i forgot the wine....i marinated it with all kinds of s hit....cinnimon,sugar,salt,pepper,italia n seasoning,onions(chopped),honey, i mixed all this into 2 cups of vegetable oil and poured it over the london broil, then flipped it every 12 hrs...i was gonna barbecue it...but it poured all day yesterday and today

                Marinating is only good for lesser cuts of meat. A good steak aged 26 days needs nothing but s and p and some fresh garlic rub. Sear on hot grill depending on thickness. Only turn twice.

                Make sure the steak is at room temp.
