Absolutely. They will do anything possible to take down Trump and Cruz because both will kill the party. I think there's back channel negotiating to decide among Rubio/Bush/Kasich/Christie that they will all make a decision by a date certain based on how each is objectively doing and the other 3 will drop out (or already have dropped out) and support the other. Some may drop out following Nevada (2/23), the others will drop out following the 3/1 primaries. 1 will remain and the others will endorse him. It will likely be Rubio, but could still be Bush, I suppose. Lots of voices and endorsements will then coalesce around that 1 candidate. This will happen well beforre the convention and well before Trump has anything close to the necessary delegates.

Going by my state when we had a Repub Gov and a Repub controlled congress, rarely anything got done.
Now we have a Dem gov, still nothing is getting done. Over 180 days w/o a budget.

And few people on the right are being critical, that is another problem. The few that do are getting shouted down.
