now i'm not talking 25 teams like the legend Vyomguy supposedly did...

but i think its realistic to think that you can go atleast 1 for 10 on 4 game parlay with a line in the + 110 to -125 range.

but see what i think is key is that whatver it is that is your game plan you stick with that


like say if you are a favorites guy you gotta stick to favorites

b/c eventually there will be days like this past sunday where favorites go 7-1

now if you lost a parlay the day before b/c one of the favorites lost and got discouraged with favorites and decided you were going to try dogs on sunday you would have lost again when you should have won if you stuck to your guns

I normally go for 6-8 teamers. I try and find a nice +200 to 300 dog most of them being in tennis.
I also pick a few that im most confident in and do straight bets. Its low risk high reward for me because i only throw 10 on it and it normally pays around 1000-2000. i started doing it 3 months ago and ive hit 2 so far one paying under 1500 and the other 1100.

my point is if you are a parlay player on a regular basis

my advice is know that eventually you are going to hit one of these parlays

don't get too upset when you lose b/c its going to happen most of the time

but whatever your criteria for picking games is ... stick to it because no matter how bad of a strategy or system you have eventually you are going to be successful

Yeah i also recommend throwing in some tennis plays even the slight juice plays like -150-175 normally win.
You can also find some nice +200 dogs on the challenge and ITF tour.

yeah those days are the worst, but i mean even ppl who dont do parlays have 0-5 days.
So why not throw a little bit of change for a chance on a nice payout..

as most people on this board know, I'm known for doing pretty good at teasers but I also like the occasional parlay which is basically minimum risk, maximum reward...I did a 3 team total for tonight's MLB action....good luck gents!...

I do a lot of 4 team open parlays just picking 1 at a time sometimes gives you nice options on the 4th leg espicAlly if you're gone big on a straight bet to cover

I do my parlays with free plays. Smaller bet with potential for big return if the stars align one night. 5-7 teams normally. I never do it with real funds.

Bear: I started a parlay system yesterday. I'm $420 invested (Was supposed to be $500 but I blew $80 in the 5dimes casino)... I started 21 $20 parlays (all open 7 teamers). Made 9 picks yesterday (went 7-2) and 12 picks today. I'm 10-4 overall so far. Basically I try to pick games between -120 and +160, a 7 teamer with all -110's pays about $1800. Mix in a couple +130's and it goes up to $3000. I'm going to do the picks daily and try not to put more than 1 or 2 on the same parlay. Hopefully by the end of the week I got a shot at something.

Ill let you know how many parlays I got left after tonight... Really need White Sox to win by 2. Took the RL and the ML. Sale looking solid

2 team parlays are actually my biggest profit makers another good option is called a round robin this are really fun and can pay off huge if you hit all the games and these you can also win if you dont win all your games.I reccomend to you that dont wana bet a parlay consider betting round robins.

love round robins too... Love picking 7 or 8 decent ML dogs (+200 to +400) in football and trying to hit 5 or 6 of them. Was Texas away from beating UCLA last football season of hitting 6 out of 8 one weekend.

and open ended parlays are a huge advantage being able to bet 1 favorite everyweek say alabama for 9 weeks is pretty awasome and imo a extreme advantage rather then having to pick 9 games in 1 day.

good, just hit White Sox ML and RL.... Im 5-2 today with 5 picks left. Not looking good on the remaining 5 though. Got Padres (down 4-0), Padres over 3 runs, Nationals ML (down 8-2), Clippers -1 (down 18), and Rockies over 3 runs (they have 2 in the 5th inning). Hopefully hit the 2 team totals and go 7-5 today
