Now they are saying that the witness who was a prisoner in the wagon with Freddie said the guy was banging his head against the partition and throwing a fit....not that the police were in there beating him. Makes sense...we've all seen COPS where a guy is cuffed in the car and starts banging his head against the window or cage...plus they've made such a big deal about how the wagon is such a confined space...small back space with a partition down the middle so there isn;t any real room for a bunch of cops to get in there and lay him out and then smash his neck while standing over him. This all plays into the early reports that the van stopped on multipole occasions and they pulled him out to further restrain him before putting him back in...if they were in there just beating him why not keep the thing closed up?? But if he was in fact acting a fool and banging around...they stop, readjust his restraints...and continue on. Even in the cell phone video...the two cops were sitting on him calmly....then picked him up to carry him...didn't toss him in roughly but lifted him up and placed him in. Definitely wasn;t a Rodney King beating as protesters are making it out to be here boys.
