got CLIPPED just lost 450 on some 2nd half filipino garbage and gonna dump everything tomrrow and thursday most likely. Dressing up like a leprechaun tonight hopefully will get laid but most likely wont.

5 miles cardio, then brisk walk to a gym, then 1.5 hours with weights. Sometimes a massage right after all these - works great for me.

Coach I may get down but I will never be out.
Even when i go broke i just regroup and save up til i can get back in the game...

Serum testosterone drops dramatically at the 45-55 minute mark when working out. So anything over this is usually overkill especially if your work rate is moderate to hard.
