60% PROTEIN
30% CARBS ---generally, based on what you're doing. Bulking or cutting will change ratio. Fat has 9cal/g, carbs/protein 4g (generally)
10% FAT
30 minute lifting is going to yield you more progress over 8-12 week than 1.5hours daily. Obviously Rotate muscles daily. Can't grow period if you don't rest and repair, without repair your working the same muscles days in a row, thus extra work with no or lesser results.
advise 500mg test enan 2x week, 250ui hcg 2x wk, A-dex on hand for AI, and Nolva/Clomid PCT for 12 weeks. Went from 170 16% bf bench 200 to maintained after PCT 202lbs 12.5% bf benching 10rep sets @ 335lb. I went 16wks though. Add Tren A, EQ, and Mast and you may end up killing your wife and co-workers. I loved myself after those 16wks! GL with the workouts..

JJ is looking at the glass half full, and i agree to an extent, as i use machine bench pressing in times i don't have a spot and can lay down the weights on the hook racks to save me from fkn myself up...In terms of free weight benching though, your stabilizer's will be incredibly....not stable? If you never free weight bench. I can bench 335lbs on the machine, but because of my practices on machines, i cannot ever live up to the same weight i put up on a free weight bench. That's a fact for anyone that doesn't have their stabilizer's and free weight training...didn't have any effect on my body though
