OK let's try this again
The Diamondbacks in the middle of the order should murder Williams.
Williams is a hamburger, Archie Bradley is fine after getting a smash to the face last week, Philadelphia can't hit RHP or any pitching for shit, the dimmensions in Philly are condusive to homeruns hit by the visitors.........
For those reasons and a few more

#745Now I can't wait for the folks who have nothing better to do than to troll if by chance Philly does win, but this game, according to my calculations, and I've been wrong before, has a 60 percent of winning, I like 60 percent on a pretty much 50/50 wager.
I hate to use the 'v' word, but I see value in that.
Reds should cream Vogelsong, but can't lay -138 with Leake, but what I can bet, and will bet lightly is the OVER 8.0 in that Reds game.Comment -

#749Now I am not looking for my e-rooster to be sucked here in this thread, trust me, I don't get off on that (pardon my pun) and I always welcome the contrartian point of view too, you got something to share, bring it, I don't know everything, but that garbage trolling that upsets the rhythem of this thread is what really pisses me off, much much more than the words behind the spam.
OK I want to watch this KC game real bad, so off to the packy I go, be back later.
I think we wil leave the fire water alone and just go with some imports beer, something like Newcastle.

Myself and four other administrators ran the old baseball.com site.
Joe Kaufman was the one who ran baseball.com, one of the best in the business, he is in charge of all internet doings and designed the home site for the Arena Football League, he sold because the AFL takes up a lot of his time.
Here's the difference, SBR is what we called a non-filtered forum board, pretty much anything goes without getting disciplined.
Baseball.com was strict, sure the rules kept membership down some, but it was a site where if you talked good, sound baseball, you were fine, if you came into baseball.com looking to troll, spam, solicit, or generally looking to start shit, you were gone, and we knew who you were, the administrators all had IP tracking software.
Baseball.com (the old site) didn't care about traffic, where as sites like SBR does.Comment -

#756Split two plays yesterday, the Reds game sailed over the 8 before the fifth inning for an easy win.
I really shit the bed with that 'Zona bet. Shit the bed bad.
Broke even.
Yeah, I just looked at that Pitt game, strong lean Pitt.
Stras has looked uncomfortable all season, especially against RHP (29-89 .326)
SD has a stacked right handed line up today, and I'm looking for the status quo, for SD righties to touch up Stras.
You see his WH/IP by the way, it an aburd 1.7
Cory Spangenberg(L) 3B
Abraham Almonte(S) CF
Matt Kemp(R) RF
Justin Upton(R) LF
Yangervis Solarte(S) 1B
Derek Norris(R) C
Jedd Gyorko(R) 2B
Alexi Amarista(R) SS
Ian Kennedy(R) P
Norris is having a career year so far, Kemp is a proven RH thumper, Gyorko has pop, and I still maintain within two years will be a 25 homer second baseman.
SD should be a pick, it is not, they are getting in the area of +120.
My best play is SD as a home dog.
I do kind of like Pitt, and I really like Oakland and Kazmir, White Sox barely hit .200 vs. LHP
The juice says I can't bet Oak, unless in a two team parlay.Comment -

#757Awesome information steve, I concur on Oakland as well already hit that ML. 2 team parlay with the Mets would have been a smarter way for me to bet that kind of juice (thanks for saying that). Cubs are red hot and Pitt has looked terrible defensively in this series against the Cubs (Polanco smh) but my math says Pitt shouldn't be that high regardless of what I'm seeing on the field. Not sure about that SD number, I am going to look into that some more. God BlessComment -

#758Just a few thoughts on the Nats game, San Diego basically 0 homefield advantage, Nats travel decently and have looked better of late. I actually think the number at -125 range is on target. I love your BvP numbers though and that righty lineup looks juicy against Stras. Petco may help him a bit today so that number looks a little too close to me. I'll gladly root for the Padres with you though, good luck!Comment -

#760SD coughed that lead real fast, that a loss.
I had Pitt for a win, but, to be truthful, the SD loss was larger than the Pitt win.
Split the day, lost a little.
UNDER 8 In the St' Louis game tonight is a play.
I can make a case for the Tigers to win tonigh, but as of right now that's a no play lean.Comment -

#762I like Detroit tonight, probably best play on the board for me. Normally hate these public games but +145 feels like too much. Good luck on the total, just gonna ride the Tigre's.
