Yep you gotta have some balls to back some of these association sides 50 overs is just too much, if it were 20 20 World Cup there would be more shocks.

Looking at any future shocks you could say Pakistan....against someone like Zimbabwe I think regardless we should take a punt on that one.

Adam Milne top wicket taker today against Scotland. His speed will be too much for these guys, Southee and Boult to get a couple out in the first ten then Milne to come in and do some damage. He's pretty average against good teams but I can see him being a big threat here, no substitute for pace.

Agree Bangldesh should cruise over Afghans but although I dont know much about UAE, I think a small fade on Zimbabwe might be worth thought. Zimbabwe only managed 3 wins from 16 matches all of last year. Including a 5-0 whitewash by Bangladesh and drawing a series 2-2 with Afghanistan.

I really like Ireland to make it out of the group stage. They have had plenty of action on them. They have been backed into $4 from $9. I was lucky enough to get them at $7.

You can still get these green machines at $2.30 to make the Quarters. I just placed another $100 on them at that price, based on the fact they have UAE next and are 80% likely to win that, where their odds will fall to under $2 provided they win. Take the $2.30 now, I reckon.
