well looks like there's not many matches to play with the horrible odds, India/Pakistan, West Indies/Ireland may be the only ones.

I think out of the smaller sides Zimbabwe might do some damage maybe Ireland, everyone knows Australia, England, South Africa, Sri Lanka, India, South Africa, Pakistan, even West Indies will qualify.

Bangladesh have always been capable of a few surprises but in this tournament where the surface is hard doesn't suit them, the Asian sides are used to dead pitches India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh won't do nothing spectacular in this tournament, I actually think England have a better chance to win if they faced India.

My Final Four Prediction:

Australia
South Africa
England
New Zealand

If the draw favours them these will be the final four.

Pinny, 5dimes etc are not even chump change compared to the action illegal bookies in India, Pakistan, UAE take, specially India.
Its not uncommon for them to take six figures action but you have to remember its like stock market. A guy would bet -130 for couple hundred thousand then bet the other side +200 to cover losses and if its not going as planned then they don't shy away from firing the other side at - number. And all this is possible is because the vig in these markets is extremely competetive specially when the fav is sliding down.
Its also very common for bookies to go out and bet a side they like to even out the action or even in anticipation of action they might get. And all of this is done based on trust and credit, even overseas action and the settlement is done with a very unique system called 'hawala'.

England will not finish 2nd in group A.
They just got smacked by Aus and instead of an easy game to regroup, they go straight to New Zealand.
Will be tough for them not to start 0-2.

They will probably finish 3/4 and have to play India/SAF in the quarters.

Understood, thats just my thinking. England will qualify from the group we can all agree with that, they should finish ahead of Sri Lanka though.
