#147This is Brock
I actually evaluated him
Pathological gambling
Pathological gambling is being unable to resist impulses to gamble, which can lead to severe personal or social consequences.
Causes
Pathological gambling usually begins in early adolescence in men, and between ages 20 and 40 in women.
Pathological gambling often involves repetitive behaviors. People with this problem have a hard time resisting or controlling the impulse to gamble. Although it shares features of obsessive compulsive disorder, pathological gambling is likely a different condition.
In people who develop pathological gambling, occasional gambling leads to a gambling habit. Stressful situations can worsen gambling problems.
Symptoms
People with pathological gambling often feel ashamed and try to avoid letting other people know about their problem. The American Psychiatric Association defines pathological gambling as having five or more of the following symptoms:
- Committing crimes to get money to gamble
- Feeling restless or irritable when trying to cut back or quit gambling
- Gambling to escape problems or feelings of sadness or anxiety
- Gambling larger amounts of money to try to make back past losses
- Losing a job, relationship, education, or career opportunity due to gambling
- Lying about the amount of time or money spent gambling
- Making many unsuccessful attempts to cut back or quit gambling
- Needing to borrow money due to gambling losses
- Needing to gamble larger amounts of money in order to feel excitement
- Spending a lot of time thinking about gambling, such as remembering past experiences or ways to get more money with which to gamble

#149Now who in the blazing hell could they be talking about?
Symptoms
The symptoms of pathological gambling include preoccupation with gambling activity, often to the extent of interfering with the person's occupational or social functioning. The person is often unable to control the gambling behavior, continuing to place bets or go to casinos in spite of attempts to cut back or stop. A common behavior in persons with pathological gambling disorder is "chasing," which refers to betting larger sums of money or taking greater risks in order to undo or make up for previous losses. The person may also lie about their gambling or engage in such antisocial behaviors as stealing, *********** fraud, check forgery, embezzling from an employer, or similar dishonest behaviors in order to obtain more money for gambling.

#163What if?
What if Brock was watching the scoreboard light up and thought hey maybe this is a good spot for some PR for our #1 shill book HR? He calls Boat and convinces him to run it by George(HR owner). Boat and Broke semi hustle George into thinking its a great idea and he bites.
Brock could have paid the debt but there are more than one way to skin a cat. A little hustle here and a hustle there and waa La! Problem solved.
It's presumptuous to think Brock could not pay. Just catching up on this saga but seems to me its more the fault of the mark for thinking this was a good PR deal than the hustler Brock. When Brock stiffs the mark then the hustle is complete. Brock should be unban at EOG. Not his fault a sponsor thought it was a good idea and got hustled.Comment -
