Boat you are a newbie but protocol is employees of other sites don't go starting trouble at a competitors site. If you want to participate then be respectful. Some guys take this stuff too seriously and when its time to move on can't get across any of the burned bridges, basically leaving them stuck. No need to pay up for a guy who is stuck. Salad!
