Had been a rough month and a half, but got pretty much all my losses back from that time.
Nice call on Atlanta bud, and appreciate the guidance!
Not a problem man. Worked out pretty well for you!

I stumbled on your thread after deciding to start coming back here to SBR. I stopped coming in for about a year because there was too much trash talk and a lot of the better cappers I knew either got kicked out or stopped posting. I didn't have anyone to interact with on a regular basis.
Obviously you're into hockey mostly, which I don't know that much about, and the NFL with some basketball judging from the few pages I've read.
You seem to be a class act and I the fact that you keep an updated YTD record tells me a lot.
Is hockey your strongest sport?
Take care and keep up the great work.
Welcome. Yeah hockey is definitely my strong suit followed by football and basketball. Your more than welcome to post you inputs of whatever sport you'd like too. Doesn't really bother me at all. The way I see it is the more input we get, better chance we have of wining

What about Klein getting part of his ear ripped off, then coming back and scoring a goal? Baseball players stub a toe and miss one week. Hoop players not far behind. Hockey players are a tough bunch, no two ways about it.
Yeah that was crazy lol didn't think he'd be the one coming back and scoring in OT. Pens were dominating in the 3rd but couldn't close it out

Looking to tonight, the game that really stands out for me is Jets +118 vs Dallas. Don't really see Jets as an underdog.
Calgary +119 vs Leafs also has potential. Possibly Isles +119 vs Minny, and Habs -118 vs Nucks.

Liking Calgary and islanders with you. Think jets are a dog because of their injuries on the blue line. Think they still have a shot at wining this game and at a good price too. Obviously like the habs as usual lol and liking Tampa/caps over

Also forgot that Kane is out for jets, that probably effects the line too. Think I'm passing on that one

Tougher card tonight but plenty to choose from.
I don't know teams like Winnipeg, Calgary too much so don't feel strongly about either of those.
I am almost always on Lightning at home, but don't like the juice.
Going with TB -1 (-102).
If that hits, doing a parlay with Hawks +1, Preds +1.5, and 2 hoops plays.
Under pick of day is Isles-Wild (U 5.5)
Great thread and enjoy and appreciate all you guys that post here!!

Caps with 9 of 12 road game Unders; TB 7 of 14.
Will be close I think, but history of these 2 teams head-to-head favors Over...otherwise would have played Under as my 3rd best Under of day.

Hey Cotes. Really like your thread! Been following and tailing your picks for a while now.
What's your take on Mtl tonight? They haven't been playing really good lately (although neither the Canucks) and I'm not sure I wan't to pay that juice to back them against a quality team.
Although it appears that 'finally' Galchenyuk will be pivoting the 1st line, I think I'm gonna pass on the Habs tonight.
I do forsee a low-scoring affair though. Under 5 is at + money right now, I might play that.

Habs have changed up their lines big time and think it looks pretty good. Line they put galchenuk on the top line and moved deharnais down to the third line. Think that's a better fit. Looking for price to have another solid game at home and they need to get their scoring touch back. Line juggling should help imo

Plekanek with Sekak and Andrighetto as well.
Might see some different d pairings too, with Weaver out due to a concussion. Looks like Allen is out with the flu as well. Beaulieu has been called up, which should add some speed.
I would see the over as a good possibility, as Nucks don't know how to defend the new line combos. Habs will be a much faster team tonight.
Regardless, it will be a very emotional affair, what with the Beliveau tribute.

Well...have had better nights...really wanted to play ChiHawks but too much juice at -190 on the road.
Kuemper must be really bad tonight with just 12 SOG and allowing 4 goals...he has been solid at home...thought Under was a great play there.
My parlay had TB won would have been about +200 payout.

I knew I should have listen to you guys and use NYI in my parlay instead of MIN. The moment I hit confirm, I was regretting it already. Couldnt even hedge after 3-0 first period. Damn it. Keep forgetting that these Islanders are for real this year!!

Habs do it classy as always. Worth checking out the tribute on Beliveau, even if you don't understand the words to the song.
If you don't recognize who is singing, it is Ginette Reno, who they use to sing the national anthem for luck on special occasions. Again, done right.
Should have been a 3-1 night, what a choke job by Isles. Even in the new NHL, you should not have this happen. Of course ironically they did it to Blues only a few days back.

Yeah they did a really good job with the tribute last night. Was excellent to watch. Also nice that they are putting his number 4 on his seat behind the bench for the rest of the year
