Place the thickest pork chops you can find in a lighlty oiled pan. Spice em up with a good rub of cumin, salt, cayenne pepper and thyme. Layer thick onion slices across the top (just smother the sumbitches). Pop em in the oven at about 375 until you just can't stand the intoxicating smell any more and you gotta eat that tender pork. Cover the beauties up with foil till the last 5 mins or so so you get the onions all carmalized. Oh my!
