I know it's not a *lot* of money but it's enough to irritate me and I thought I'd warn others of my recent experience with SportingBetUSA.com.
In a nutshell, I have "bonus debt" with SportingBetUSA... that's what I call it anyway. As of this moment, if I were to deposit any money at SportingBetUSA.com, I would not be allowed to withdraw about $50 of it as they have decided that I have not met the requirements to withdraw these funds. I don't have any money in the account right now... but if I made a deposit I'd be unable to withdraw this bonus amount.
I've reported this and argued my point to no avail. I'm now forced to find another sportsbook.
The story is that I found $30 worth of bonus money had been deposited into my account. The site had recently partnered with ParadisePoker.com and I transferred the bonus money to gamble at their tables... I had less luck with Poker than football and lost the $30 very quickly.
Months later I made my first deposit to bet on a football game. When I attempted to withdraw funds I found that I was unable to withdraw $30 worth of my winnings. I reported the problem and was told that my $30 wager at Paradise Poker did not count and that I'd have to bet the $30 20 times over before the money could be withdrawn.
I withdrew the rest of my winnings and with new bonuses, I had about $50 worth of credit that cannot be withdrawn. Even after losing another $50 I *still* have "bonus debt."
It's ridiculous and I refuse to use the site anymore... hell, I'll effectively lose $50 if I ever make another deposit.
For anyone who is interested and has read this far, I've included the e-mails I've had with their support.
BEWARE!!!!
p.s. The responses below were AFTER I used their customer chat service and several weeks worth of promises that this would be resolved in 24-48 hours.
