"WSEX" - You probably recall that I had an issue last year, and you helped clear it up, but then there was a further problem re: the same issue. I needed to recontact you which took about a week because I didn't know who at the sportsbook WSEX had helped me.

It was unnecessarily frustrating.
I believe it would be helpful if you did identify yourself. Not sure why you wish to remain anonymous. Several books have a key person with a forum presence who do identify themselves by name.

I received my cashout from November yesterday via Fed Ex. So less than a week after reporting the problem to WSEX I have a check. I appreciate that.

I will report back on how long my most recent cashout goes. Hopefully it improves a bit.

This is my current stance with WSEX and it's not good. Years ago I would of been shocked.

The problem has nothing to do with the safety of this book at the current moment but exclusively paying out in a timely manner.

I just recently went through an echeck deposit that took 1 month and 10 days to clear after nagging the CSRs who continually blame the issue on their check processor. They have indicated that have changed processors but the issue still exists. This issue of course if you know prohibts withdrawals. So even if I deposited $50 via an echeck and I had a $10k balance I would be unable to withdrawal any of the money while the echeck is pending. This is their words and their policy. So this is another HUGE issue that hurts depositors of echecks and a rule that clearly has no validity under this circumstance. I can understand withdrawals higher the balance minus the echeck, but not less.

WSEX has gone down hill in the payout process at least when it comes to Checks as this is the only method available to US based customers. So without even including how SAFE WSEX may or may not be, the issue at hand is the major DELAY on both echeck deposits and withdrawals of CHECKS. Until WSEX gets this issue fixed I do not recommend using WSEX by any US based customers.

I have complained repeatly and asked to speak to managers and I have gotten no where and all I get is the blame game as they say it's the fault of THEIR echeck/check processors. The last time I checked that is their problem and they picked them as the processor. Of course it becomes all of ours when it involves are money.

I've used WSEX for many years and unless this issue is taken to issue and immediate steps are taken to fix the payout issue for checks I do not recommend them. If I could still play at Pinny I would as they were always top notch and quick to help you out.

Yea this site is going to be left with around 40-50 people when this is done. Those of you sticking up for wsex, maybe next time you are suppose to get a paycheck from your job its a few weeks late.

update i just got my check today 01/14/09 thanks to WSEX who ever you are.But those player using WSEX all you guy's need lot of patience and give them some time to process your request. In case you have some problem PM WSEX here and Im 1000% WSEX will take care of you. Thanks again WSEX

Five weeks and still waiting.

I requested a withdrawal on December 8, 2008 and up until today 1/16/09 haven't received anything yet. I called CS and all they can say is please wait another week then call us back. Tsk tsk

Delay Withdrawal from WSEX

I requested for a regular withdrawal on 2/4/09. The site claims it takes 20 business. Today is March 28 (37 business day), haven't received anytime yet. I called them 3 times and got the same BS about banking problems. Don't know what's going on. Will never use WSEX again. Beware...

I few years ago

I left wsex a few years ago because it took 6 months for my check to arrive

A check was the only way to get paid

I have since built up a 1500 bank from a freeroll

I just now did a 400 withdraw request.

We will see how long this takes.

I did snail mail, and NOT courier

The last time it took 6 months I had paid 50 bucks for a courier.

im thinking the lesser check of 400 might arrive faster since its smaller.

recieved email today to expect payment - this payment will make them current - i do have another payment coming from only a couple weeks ago snail mail - hope more posters are getting paid - news from moderators has not been good about wsex. somehow they are paying me - while others owed longer have not been paid - don't know why, hope this gets fixxed. they should pay the earliest withdrawals 1st. get current. then they will been seen as making this great unbelievable comeback. not saying it will happen. just want it to.

I wonder since I play a mix of poker more if that slows things down.

What about the size of your checks. I'm wondering if smaller amounts get paid faster for some strange reason

use to be at or near the limits for withdrawals(back in 2010). now under $1000 about once every 6 weeks. i do think they handle smaller amounts better. but my last check was for $3000 from them. went to the bank(larger bank, had 1 in my area) it was drawn on and got cash. to make sure it did not bounce.
