You will probably get paid but that is ridiculous. They are extremely disorganized and I'd stay the heck away from them until they start getting their act together. Their sister site matchbook is also taking a turn for the worse.

I like how SBR still has WSEX as an A+ rated book. So an A+ book is allowed to take 2.5 months to pay?? All their customer service reps tell you something different and are borderline incompetent. How much do you think they pay SBR per month?? Anyone?????

You'll get paid. I Know its rediculous to have to wait so long. No doubt there are politics in the SBR rating system. They rate them an A+, but I ve been treated better and paid faster with one of there D- books. All you can do is be patient.........Good luck

i have been using wsex for exclusively 3 years and have lately been experiencing similar payout problems. been waiting for 3 checks (sent by regular mail) for over 2 months now. when you call cs they say the same thing every time ... "we are going to put a stop payment on your check and send you a new one by courier, we will email you a tracking number once it becomes available". still waiting even after numerous inquires and they never contact you to give you a tracking number. also i was also told by cs that because i request checks i should expect delays and not get upset ... i understand that they are having problems but they should just tell us the real waiting times we should expect. i have been just requesting courier checks (extra $50 fee) now and have been receiving them usually within 3 weeks.

They did that to me as well genz. But the thing is the new check came in within 1 week.

I am actually thinking about redepositing tomrorow b/c they are giving me a special 20 percent bonus though it is 8x Rollover maximum 2000 dollar bonus. thinking about putting 1000 or 1500 and getting 200 or 300 bonus but mainly b/c i need them as another book for CBB totals. Is this a bad idea? I been using them for over 1.5 years already.

When I called in their customer service told me about the 20% bonus and so I get to Money Gram and was ready to send two thousand dollars for deposit. I called back because the money gram fees were more than $9.95 which is what WSEX Customer Service told me they'd be. They then proceed to tell me that some customers are eligible for 20 percent bonus but I for some reason was only eligible for 10 percent. They also refused to cover all money gram fees and would only cover half of the $40 in fees. I decided not to deposit and am happy that I didn't. They obviously have issues and to wait 2-3 months for a check payment is absurd. They are not an A+ book right now!!!!! They may have been a year ago or years ago but I've deposited into a lot of books and right now they are not an A book.

A check may have been a free method of payment. What??? An A+ book can't figure out how to mail a check out??? I personally prefer checks over bank wire or other methods.

wow gym rat! If they did that to me i would be really mad. I deposited 2K before there many times and if they later told me they wont cover all my fees i would be mad. But you called them right when you were at the moneygram agent when they told you its more than 9.95? I guess i wont deposit my 1k or 1.5k into them for that bonus which is also 8x rollover by the way. Last time my fees were more than 9.95 but they covered it.

Yes Dynamite, They clearly said that if the fees are over $9.95, they will only pay half and I would be required to pay the other half. You are right it is an 8X rollover and who knows how long it will take them to get a simple check mailed out.

I had to wait 3 weeks for WSEX to send me a check by FED EX recently...They did refund my 50 dollar fee for the check though so that was Fair..Im always amazed How Poker Stars Can you get you a Check by regular Mail in 3-5 Days but these other A+ Rated Sportsbooks have so Much trouble

PS I know Poker Stars is not a Sportsbook but just saying

they get you your Money Quick

Glad I found this forum because I am having the same problem. I made a request on the 11/25. I am small time so just for 355 bucks. I usually don't get impatient until after a month after dealing with bodog. So after a month I sent an email and they said the check was sent and please give it another week. I gave it another 8 days and nothing.

I call and like someone above they said they would issue a stop payment and send another check. This is a quote. "How do we know you didn't cash the check and try to get paid twice?" "We have to issue a stop and then we will issue another check." This is the part that pissed me off.

If anyone has a payout issue or a deposit issue, please feel free to PM me and I will be happy to look into it.

Of course we have to put a successful stop on checks before we issue a new one. It is simply a good business practice. Unfortunately it does cause further delays since we have to wait until the stop is confirmed.

Regarding poker sites, they don't live under the same microscope large sportsbooks do.

Hey WSEX, How is it possible that D- rated sportsbooks can have a FEDEX check at our door in 3-5 days but it takes WSEX 2 months. And then these consistent stories by several posters about how they are "lost" in the mail but a stop payment will be made and the whole withdrawal process needs to be restarted. Doesn't this sound fishy? You are an A+ book here anyway. How can this happen?

Just received my check today from wsex, that I requested little over 3 weeks ago. They finally sent it yesterday via Fed Ex, free of charge. Check was sent from xxxxxxxxx,xxx,xxx. Check is drawn off "xxxxxxxxx,xxx,xxx".

Asked for check in early December and got it last week, so it took about 20 days.

Paid the 50 dollar fee and after not receiving it for over 10 days i asked to get fee back and they obliged.

When a check is lost and we are issuing a replacement check it does cause a further delay. It wouldn't be wise for us to issue a fresh check until we have a confirmation that the old check is stopped.

I don't know of any claims of our courier withdrawals taking 2 months, or anything close to 2 months.

If we ran a tiny book with 100 players it would be very easy to process withdrawals in 24 hours. We are not a tiny book.

Wsex has had a few processing issues lately so that is the reason as to why that is sir. However, things do appear to be back on track for them as of late accept for a few bumps in the road every so often.

Your sister book which is located in the same country, has to follow the same regulation rules, probably use the same processor, can send out REGULAR MAIL check in less than 2 weeks, and the fee is half price. (never one check took more than their stated 15 business days for me)

BTW, they're certianly not a small book either.

Explain.

dont feel bad ive used the same method for the past 12 years ive been betting.i dont use wsex,but have used other books.i believe you will get paid,but i know its agrevating.

I sent WSEX an email as he stated earlier. I got a call from support the next day indicating they will be sending me an email with a Fed Ex tracking number. I believe I have to wait for the first check to be stopped. So I have to think the request went in on Wednesday. I will keep everyone posted.

I also put in a request for another cashout for this month yesterday.

Thats funny about the previous post I read. I too played at Bodog for years. How do I miss Neteller. 40 business days for a cashout is why I left. I hope these processor issues get addressed.

I do appreciate WSEX taking action. I hope it is effective.

I have requested four bank drafts going back to October. None has arrived.

Now even Neteller payments are hard to come by.

In my world when you have money on account with a bookmaker, that is YOUR money, available to withdraw at any time within reason.

I'd expect an A+ rated book to share that attitude.

Am I being unrealistic?

This thread is a true test on SBR grading system.. No change in grading for this book with so many complaints(we only see whats posted how about all the others) shows us there grading system is like all the other sportsbook websites..Regardless what WSEX says happen ? everyone stoped payment of there checks?lol Lets roll

That is one of the big problems. There are clearly some serious withdrawal problems dating back to October and the WSEX representative hasn't even heard about it yet. You are correct A+ rated is a joke. There are many alternatives to WSEX. I took advantage of Intertops 25% cash bonus a couple days ago. They pay quickly and are a very good book. 5 Dimes, thegreek (OLYM) Bet Jamaica, 2betdsi, even sportsbetting.com pays much quicker and they have some great cash bonuses as well. Just steer clear of Sportsbook.com. Another one to avoid.
