Extremely poor response by SBR Help on complaint
I have a wagering dispute with WSEX that I submitted a complaint to SBR on 11/20/08, hoping that they could help and get the money WSEX owes me. 8 days later I finally get an email from SBR Help saying they will contact WSEX about the situation and get back to me.

I have still not heard anything back from SBR about this. I have sent 2 subsequent emails asking if they managed to find anything out, with no response at all. It is now more than a month since I submitted my claim. I thought SBR was a lot better than this.

They probably need it. They have to be barrelled in with the picks I've seen on here lately.

              Hi Iget,
I just saw this thread. I see Josh sent you emails November 28th and don't show anything since from you. Have you wrote to him in Dec? You can also PM "JoshW" here or call our phone number anytime 830-515-4645.

Yes, I sent him a follow up email asking for any new details on 12/7/08 and another one on 12/16/08, with no response.

I just sent him a PM now, I didn't realize he never got the emails. I replied to the same address he had contacted me from.

I hate to say it but I have heard a few similar comments about complaints seeming to vanish into a black hole.

I really do hate to say it. SBR is an extraordinarily great resource in the industry. But it's true: I have had contacts who said it seemed like SBR was, with their inaction, basically telling them to look after their issues themselves.

I have been fortunate to never have had an issue I couldn't look after myself. Some of the stuff I see people filing complaints about just makes me roll my eyes. No wonder SBR gets so busy.

You and your contacts. LOL..................You got caught making referrals to yourself or contacts or whatever and taking bonuses plus referrals and then whining.

Email is great but if a player does not get a response in the time they think they should call Bill. We had the DDOS attacks in November and it took down the mail servers. When they did get them working the security was too tight and not all mail got through. I'm not sure all mail gets through now because of all the blocked IP ranges. Bottomline grab the phone and make the call if you dont hear back. SBR should respond to all player emails in 24 hrs.

I agree with John here. I have called and was able to speak to someone and they handled my problem rather fast.

I'm sure they will and are working on you situation. You are not the only one who has an issue or complaint.

That's true. SBR posters/customers are, as a group, one big shiny, happy, error-resistant bunch.
