I see that if Boston wins, you are even, and if Knicks win, you are up $45.

That is absolutely what he is getting at. Think if he put 5,000 on each side! Then he would either get all his money back OR win 1500! It's nominal at 100 each way, but the LIVE betting could make you money if you go BIG and are smart
I am still pisssed about that first quarter. Half way thru, I am like "this is going way under!". And then 5 mins later to finish the first, I am like "well, this looks like over I guess now, wtf?". ARG!! Hoping for a 9 min span of NO field goals for either team, LOL!!!Comment -

This game isn't seeing the swings that some games see.....sometimes you will have better shots at bigger $$$.
I was hoping that the first quarter ended up at 36-40 points, which it was on pace for....then I would have laid off my entire $300 I had on the under. Unfortunately both teams made every single shot in the last 5 minutes....literally. That has continued in the 2nd......the under is NOT looking good here.Comment -
Thanks for that update. I am not watching the game and I guess that's why the 35 pt first quarter (which if it had been that way prob would of won us the under already at that point, arg!) turned into 52. Couldn't miss one shot huh?? ARG! But, I think you know as well as I do that if ANY team can go out and score 17 points in one quarter, it is the Celtics. Ya NEVER know when Boston throws in that 36 point quarter (for both teams). Just ONE quarter like that and I think there is still a chance. I moved my line to 196, so I am hoping for a SLOW finish to the half...
I just didn't think that the Celtics would let the Kinicks score 120 points tonight, they need to make some BIG halftime adjustments, slow this shiit down!!! Or get blown out, either will do fine, LOL!Comment -

I hate to say it, but the under is done. Crawford, Felton, Shumpert, et al, are just presing, pressing, pressing. I have no idea why any of them are playing like this....I understand that Garnett is not in the game, but come on.

I am just tailing D2D on this play tonight. I have a big tennis thread I have been running for over a year. I don't get the live betting in tennis, so I never hedge a play. BUT, in the basketball, sometimes. I don't do it like some people do, but if I feel that my play is looking rough and you can get a hedge out on the live play, then do it. A few times I would of won anyways, but there have been more times where I ended up saving money. It just depends on the play and what the live is offering. SOMETIMES, you can't hedge out bec the live line is not conducive to the original that you want to get out of.Comment -
Well, that sucks then. It looked like again, the second quarter could slow WAY down, but the last minute, I think they have combined for like 16 points. Sucks! I bought the 2 points, don't really know why, when it hit 194. I was actually thinking of going OVER the 96 second half, hoping that 95 doesn't hit to fuk me both ways. BUT, I could hit the 94 or 96 number and lose one and push the other.......

I am quite sure I could put up 12-15 points with the D in this game.
Waste of $400, and I should have known better not to press this game. With Garnett out I really believed that the Celts would turn up their intensity on D......especially at home. Instead they decided to run the floor....Comment -

For any of you betting the LA Clippers game I may use half time to hedge. It will depend on the lines, but there are a few things in the game that I am not liking....stay tuned.
EDIT: Harsh....I posted the above when the LAC were ahead by 7.....I was hoping we could get Dallas at the break at +5-8....and try to middle the book. Unfortunately Carter (my nemesis) the Mavs decided to pour it on. I imagine any half time plays are off at this point.

I just laid off both bets. I do not like the way the Clips are playing....
I have a chance to middle nicely on the over under and if the game ends up a 1 point game i win one and push one (either way).

I also did not include when I hit the under three times on the KNicks/Celtics game. I know they are individual bets, but I am not going to count that as 3 wins, I will count it as just 1. These 'rules' for accounting have an will always apply in this thread.

OK guys, nice day coming up here. We are going to wait to hit the Nets ML until just before gametime as the live is moving our way (.5 point in the first half hour). Our POD is the HEAT ML.....yes, I know it is -200+ and I usually stay away from that for a POD, but this game is a great pick. If this streak ends it will be San Antone or whoever the Bulls play going for their 35th win.....
