Clearly not a monstrous day, but it's good to be on the right side. San Antonio was up 3 with seconds to play and that was a HUGE swing for us....would have meant a $500+ day. The NBA, which has been such a staple for me, also didn't come through in the spots that I thought were great plays.

All in all the money went in on the right sides...., so let's have an awesome week and keep building on it!

Lol, I would definitely go 'OVER' 89 wins.....BUT, I would never tie up funds for 8 months. I do not play futures bets unless I know they are complete locks....which don't really exist. I want my $$$ in play!!!

Ok, a rare day indeed. We have two PODs AND we are getting them out there early.

The Lakers....the dynamic 4-some hasn't won a game with all 4 stars starting in the same game (0-6)....but that will change tonight. Dwight Howard is not the same player he was just 3 months ago. Also take into account that GS has only won 2 of their past 20 against the Lake-Show and I think we cash here tonight. GS is young and they will push themselves to beat the vets, and I think that will take them out of their game. Curry will almost certainly play against Kobe, whether he should or not....I think the Lakers make tonight a statement game and win this game by 10+ points.

The Wild....have been on fire, their defense is starting to clamp down, Backstrom looks better than he did earlier in the year and Parise and the forwards are starting to put the puck in the net. They have also won 5 in a row and are looking to take advatage of their two games in hand against the Canucks in the standings...these are points they will not give up easily. Dallas on the other hand traded their captain away....they ppicked up a prospect, but also traded down in the draft to do that. I believe that the players here will see this as a step backwards and hurt the momentum they have generated lately. Morrow may only have 6 goals this year, but he is a major part of this franshise......Wild win.

Yeah futures can be annoying like that, I only play a future if I have a huge day and feel like investing a bit of it, the only Future's I have in play right now are for the Sedins both to end the season with 48 points or more and Daniel to get 15 or more goals. I would never put a large stake in doing it, if that was my philosophy/had tons of money to throw around I would be investing in stock not futures.

The nuggets point spread seems low doesn't it? I'd have figured it would be somewhere between 8-12, not that I'm complaining! Love the POD's so far, I'm a little leery on the Chicago/LA game very tough to call and I believe Hossa has not dressing?

Chicago will be looking to prove something tonight at home against the Stanley Cup Champs. Both teams will play hard, but Chicago wins this in a close one. I am looking at the under as well here.

As for the Nuggets, I think the line is where it should be. Remember NO is not a bad home team, most of the Nugs success comes at home. All that said I still like the Nuggets here and this line will probably move to 6.5 or 7 by game time.

LOL...Blue jays futures was a joke, I like the over too, but its more of a lean. Fortunately I have a couple local guys sites where I can take and don't need to tie up funds. Love the PODs....IMO if Lakers up big at half (hopefully) hedge, hedge, hedge. Good luck tonight.
