Playing with some house $ here so it's time for a spot bet on some larger than normal juice to boost the BR. My largest unit bet of the season 4.2 u to win 2u on the Vancouver Canucks and 1u on the puck line. In the last 4 seasons the Wild are 1-11 in Vancouver. In the last 2 seasons in Vancouver (betting on the Canucks), the puck line is 5-1. Roberto Luongo is starting between the pipes for the Canucks. He owns the Wild' soul. The last two seasons he is 4-1 against the Wild with 3 shutouts. The Wild also picked up their first road win of the season last night after squeaking by a lousy Flames team. Who is starting between the pipes for the Wild? The legendary, the stellar Darcy Kuemper. That's right, Darcy Kuemper, number who the fukk knows in the program, #1 in your betting hearts. Guy has decent AHL stats but he's making his NHL debut on the road in a hostile territory where the Wild rarely win. The Canucks should roll here 5-2, 4-1 type game. I hate paying high juice, but honestly I could see this line being -300 which isn't out of whack for an NHL game. I recall the Detroit Red Wings being a -300 favorite against the Columbus Blue Jackets when they were on their home winning streak last season. I contemplated just putting 2 units on the puck line but I've been let down by the Canucks when their offense has been rolling in the past.

Allen is 12-16-2 with a 2.94 GAA and .903 SV% in the AHL this season. I will take the Red Wings at the Joe.

The Wild should win, but I'm not laying -170 on a team that's averaging a little under 2 goals a game this season. Taking a gamble on the juicy puck line in the Tampa Bay game. The Lightning are the highest ranked team in the league in goals per game. They have averaged 3.85 goals a game at home this season, they are 4-2 at home on the season, and the puck line has covered in all 4 wins. The reason for the half unit is Garon is in net tonight. The only other decent line on the board side wise is Montreal. They beat them handily at home earlier this season. Panthers are near the bottom of the league in goals against.

Sweep, I'm not sure how the Salamis have been doing on Saturdays. Seaweed bets the Salami a lot I think. When I have been paying attention, I've noticed the away teams have been streaky.

Blackhawks all day! I jumped off the San Jose bandwagon a while back. The Blackhawks are the best team in the league right now. They have created so much separation from the other teams and all on the road. Now, game 2 of a 7 game home stand. The Blackhawks are too fast and too skilled for the Sharks. It's a bad stylistic match up for the Sharks on the road.
