if you dont like turkey then you've never had it cooked properly

and i never believed that was possible until several years back when i was at a broad's family thanksgiving and her mom served a bird that tasted like cigarette ashes

I've done a big ol plucked canada goose before.

Turkey with a good gravy and stuffing... It's tough to beat though.

Buddy, the last time I had turkey on Thanksgiving - I was 17.

I am now 29, and not a single turkey part has passed these lips on turkey day.

It's Prime Rib cooked by me - or I am going out to a steak house and ordering Prime Rib.

Don't over cook it and it wont be dry, most people way over cook turkey and cook it on too high a temp , dont ever by the big turkeys, if you're getting the 14+ pound turkeys, they will not be nearly as good stick with 10-12lbsers two if you need them, Dont buy the frozen ones, fresh are much better.
