Don't over cook it and it wont be dry, most people way over cook turkey and cook it on too high a temp , dont ever by the big turkeys, if you're getting the 14+ pound turkeys, they will not be nearly as good stick with 10-12lbsers two if you need them, Dont buy the frozen ones, fresh are much better.
