Seems like most now just use websites like gmail, msn, yahoo, ect instead of a seperate desktop application.

I've used Outlook since it arrived on the scene, and I used Microsoft Schedule+ for many years before that. While I think that the web interface for many e-mail services has improved 1,000% over the past ten years, I myself would be lost without the ability to integrate my on-line communications with my organizer and scheduling. I'm a PC, and I use Microsoft Outlook 2007.

Both. I use a gmail account - integrated into Outlook on my PC and I use the Mobile Gmail app on my cell. Works like a champ.
