yeah, i squarely bet the phillies tonight big and the yankees in the series so my baseball season is down the drain.....i will put some money on the rangers to win the series but not enough to get me out of my hole....cliff lee 3x is too much of an advantage....hes on another level

cliff lee has to eventually lose. he could just as easily go 0-2 in the world series as 2-0 the way the Giants have been finishing games. I mean, down 2-0, kind of a lucky inning, and then a solo jack against a good pitcher (madsen) to close the series out? Coulda gone either way

i dont like to look at situations like that....of course he has to lose eventually, but why try and be hero looking to call that loss when hes so locked in right now. and the great part is, you wont have to pay 2/1 to play him like you did in the regular season.

texans at colts next monday night. right away "shootout" comes to mind. but both teams are coming off a bye and defenses always have the edge when given enough time to prepare. public should push the televised total up - waiting till kickoff and playing the under may be the sharp call there....
