This line started at -4? and jumped to -6. Would still take the -6 because too many factors are going against the Vikings.
1) Steelers are a home team that plays better when they have the field advantage.
2) Injuries on the Vikings team. Pro bowl Cornerback A.Winborn will most likely not play. P. Harvin has injured shoulder, and A. Peterson is not completely 100% healthy from ankle injury.
3) Stats wise, you will like this: Steelers are #2 in passing offense against #24 Vikings passing defense and Winborn, their best Cornerback will not play.
4) Vikings, especially Favre, will be looking a week ahead when he visits Green Bay.
5) Steelers have bye week coming up and who wouldn't like to play spoiler on a teams perfect record?
Only time I played the Steelers was against the Chargers, and will gladly back them up a second time in this great spot.
Looks like the Sharps are definitely on the Steelers. According to Sportsbook.com
betting trend is 56% on the Vikings. So why the line jump from -4 to -6? Doesn't take a genius. They saw a great line, and they hit it hard.
Steelers with great offense, great defense against Vikings good offense and poor defense...pretty much sums it up. Include the x-factors (#4,#5) I will gladly put my $ on the Steelers as this is my strongest opinion in week 7. **** me for not getting in early at -4.
Good Luck and God Speed
