ok folks, seems as if i am going against the public (as usual)
if u guys have picked up on my tenancies, my 10U picks have been an incredible %, and almost always against most of the public.
with polomolu likely out this line was already inflated when it glimpsed at +2.5 pts. With the news that big ben is out this line has gone absurd. The ravens are not structured to blow out opponents, especially when the ground attack is inefective. Balt has only won 3 games by this number, browns, chiefs (both cupcakes) and as i prescribed in week 8 against the broncos. to make matters better pit's biggest loss was by 6 pts in week 10 (as i prescribed) against the bengals.
I could write on forever why this will be a close game. im lazy so no, i'll sum it up
-mike tomlin, my biggest angle in this game, he will have his gameplan written up accordingly. He will undoubtedly have his team ready to play. his team will "bring it" in big ben's absense.
-pit's D will force balt into 1 dimensional offense. This should equal 3rd and longs. Remember the trouble the ravens had blocking out clevelands interior rush? where do the steelers bring their pressure? flacco could have a LONG night if his gaurds and backs can't pick up the blitz this game.
-injuries are on both sides. Polumolu and big ben are the most note worthy. don't forget CB Fabian Washington is out, LB Terell Suggs is most likely out, and S Ed Reed and LB Ray Lewis will likely play but playing hurt.
-With banged up linebackers, pit should have some success rushing the ball. This sets up more manageable third downs and balts banged up secondary will struggle against Dennis Dixon throwing the underneath stuff. Just remember here, Dixon never started a game in his carreer, but he has a talented core of WR, TE and backs to throw to.
This line is still moving a LOT, most sites have it at 7.5 or 8. Some have moved to 9 already with the Pub pounding baltimore. Sit back and get it at 9

alright saints. with that 7 unit win we are now up 15.13 units on the week! that brings our season total to 99.78 units of profit, just incredible!
Now this part of the season is tricky but potentialy profitable. Teams at this time of the year tend to bench players for playoff health. knowledge of backup talent and mental edge play much larger factors in "meaningless games" than starter's talent. on the other hand, the lines can get so overinflated when a "key player" gets benched that there is high value in the opposing spread. this is the part of the season to watch highlight reels close. check in often gang, lets make some money.Comment -

one game i'm loving is the vikings at cards. we have no line yet, winfield will be back, vikes are better on both sides of the ball. if vikes are favvored by less than 3 with warner out, we pound it. if vikes are underdogs with warner in we pound money line.

I've hit the Jets, Vikings and Pats this week. Waiting for the Colts line to see if it moves a bit more before taking them. Also leaning Cowboys and Seattle.

we just hit a milestone with that jets win. we are now over 100 units of profit this season! With 5 weeks left and the playoffs, we can hit a much higher number while sticking to our money management strategy so we can survive and consistently invest(not gamble) in this sport.
One thing i want to mention. NFL network pisses me off. Monday night football on espn is bad enough, because you need cable to get it, no biggy. You have to fork out a shitload of money to get thursday night football. luckily i get to see it but most people i know dont.
game summary. Jets completely dominated this game. Unfortunately the settled for too many feild goals after strong drives.sanchez missed a VERY wide open target in the end zone. jets drop an easy pick 6, braylon edwards dropped a long bomb ( no defender within 20 yards) bounced of his helmet. sanchez hurt his knee and clemens came in and almost cost us a cover after 2 fumbles and countless sacks but the jets D was tough and held our 6 point lead. This bills team sucks. total fade here on out.Comment -

first off, there are injuries on both teams. Ryan and turner are out for atlanta. for the eagles westbrook and jackson are out. the more notable injuries are for atlanta, hence the eagles are favored by more pts than a healthy squad. In this situation the eagles have macoy? who is a very talented back as a replacement. Plus the eagles have too many weapons, and with jackson out, mcnabb still has maclin avont and celick to throw to. Atlanta's defense will struggle to pressure mcnabb and thier secondary is playing injured. for atlanta, redman put up good number last week(which is good) truth be told he didn't do good. he faced a weak team and led a last minute drive for a score. bad new here is... the eagles will stop his rushing attack, forcing him to throw. he will have pressure in his face ( eagles bring pressure) and he will be throwing into a very good secondary. he will struggle.
I know the eagles have been hard to read, but they will be focused here and the falcons are far outmatched.Comment -
