Actually he doesn't have the opposite plays he is just hedging what we had previously played cause of the circumstances that have come up. With Big Ben being out for Pittsburgh now he just didn't want to get caught playing that game. If you remember how good New England looked there 1st game and then played Cinncinati the 2nd game. Carson Palmer did not play that game and Cinncinati won that game outright. So I think he is just previously hedging that bet is all. And also hedging the Denver bet as well I guess with Seattle. We haven't talked that much cause I have been gone and he just got back so next week, we will have things back under proper communication.

For whatever reason Rex Ryan has been talking a lot this week leading up this game, and that is not good when you have Clemmens and Sanchez as your quarterbacks. Clemmens has already had his share of problems with the Ravens defense. Sanchez is a spring chicken being thrown out to the wolves in this game. No way should a rookie have gotten the start against a defense such as this one. They will make life miserable for him and tell him how stupid he looked in that SI centerfold wearing what looked like a sarong. The Ravens will want to show Ryan that they have not missed a beat and I see a dismantling of the Jets in this game, as they are not skilled enough to offset what the Ravens are doing from a physical standpoint.
I have no opinion on the total as I expect for this game to be a cakewalk. The Jets are not ready to battle what could arguably be the AFC's best teamComment -

I think that you'll get your wish on this one for a loss.
I'm not a tout yet, but there is no justifiable reason from a personnel standpoint for me to take the Jets. They just don't have the physicality yet to dispatch of the Ravens. Troy Smith has looked absolutely wonderful in practice, which is much more than can be said about Clemmins who is said to be depressed about Sanchez coming in and taking awaythe position that he felt was his in the waiting after the departure by Favre. Erik Ainge is unprepared as they come for the speed of the pro game, and is basically waiver wire material at this point. The Jets have bad lapses on defense and the word out of camp is that the two coaches got together and agreed upon deep passes to be attempted against the Jets secondary as Ryan would like to see how they respond to the practice to correct their shortcomings.
Harbaugh is basically playing his starters for the entire first half and then giving way to Troy Smith, who is being groomed to take over the team in case of an emergency. He should see two quarters of action tonight. John Beck will then take over. He is serviceable and has a few starts under his belt while with the Dolphins. Consistent quarterback play looks to be the Ravens unknown in this contest. The defense is the knownComment -

absolutely lay the wood in that one. balt returns the same nasty defense, and flacco is an excellent qb who just need weapons. he doesnt have them quite yet, but expect cameron to be creative enough to fully utilize flacco's arm.
on the flip side - kc is led by a new qb (cassell) - expect some growing pains the first few week for the chiefs, esp @ balt.Comment -

I mean that was the idea from the jump. I am making all of these fun bets. Pre-season is different because you don't get full value for your money. Starters only play a half at the most. Don't bet pre-season for anything that would make you mad if you lost it. I don't care if it's just $50.00. Keep it fun for nowComment -
