    Carolina Panthers-6

    Teaser Carolina Panthers ML + Rams-1 x2

    As a Tampa Bay fan, it's hard to acknowledge that Panthers might go and win this division. Norv Turner has been doing a great job, which we could see already in the preseason, turning this offense up a notch and especially the rushing attack. Their rushing attack will be a great matchup for Panthers against Giants' #29 ranked rush defense according to DVOA. A long with that, Norv Turners use of McCaffrey isn't good for Giants, who gives up 6th most fantasy points to running backs, allowing 7 total TDs to RBs (rushing and receiving).
    And with this Giants team averaging like 16 points per game since 2016, this Carolina defense will be in a good spot, with an underrated secondary against Eli Manning who doesn't take risks anymore. Kuechly is playing really well and will give Barkley a hard time.

    In Rams@Seahawks we might see the most lopsided offensive coaching matchup this season, with McCoy going up against Schottenheimer (hope I spelled that one right). Also, Seattle's defense has been good thanks to interceptions, and with Earl Thomas gone they will not only lose an all-pro safety but also turnovers.

                    A bad stretch. That Vikings-Eagles game should have really gone over. Two missed FGs by Dan Bailey himself and Ajayi fumbling inside the 5 combined with just bad playcalling on 3rd&short in the red zone..

                    Well well, let's turn this around!

                    Odell Beckham over 86.5 receiving yards -110
                    Sterling Shepard over 4.5 receptions -120

                    I really like Giants passing game tonight, as you might see. With Evan Engram and Russell Shepard OUT, and Ellison as Q, these two will be the focal point (even more) of this offense. I play this against the Eagles because they are a pass funneling defense, allowing almost nothing on the ground. Passing is the way to go on this defense. Especially with a running back that is either boom or bust so far, either 30 yard gains or tackled behind the LOS. We might see some 2&11.
                    I like receiving yards on Beckham because his air yards % has gone up, with a wholly 45% of the teams total air yards last week. He is also the 3rd most targeted WR with 14 targets last week. So he's targeted often, and he's finally targeted deep. This Eagles defense is worst in the league at allowing receptions to opposing receivers (84 after 5 weeks), and especially at the road. They are also third worst in the league at allowing receiving yards to opposing receivers (1064), behind only Saints and Steelers. Compare this to the Giants who have only allowed 659 yards to opposing WRs.

                    This was a big factor in my Diggs over 5.5 receptions last week (he caught 10/10 targets). Beckham has the best matchup this week for WRs when facing Jalen Mills who are allowing 2.51 yards per route covered, while allowing 70% of catches being caught. This Eagles secondary has been exploited all season, with no CB earning a higher coverage grade than 58.6 (Darby). With the loss of Mcleod in week 3 and now with his backup Corey Graham also gone it might be time for Avonte Maddox to punch in. Maddox has a 46.8 coverage grade compared to Mcleod's 78.2 (best in team) and Graham's 60.2. Eagles could be in trouble when Beckham decides to go deep.
                    This defense has just been scorched through the air and with all the injuries Beckham and Shepard should be target machines. Shepard's floor for targets should be 7 (his average), which should give him a good chance to hit the over. I believe he could se somewhere between 8-10 targets, perhaps more depending on gamescript and whether Ellison is out.

                                                                                                    I believe the G-men will make an effort to limit AP as much as possible today, especially with Sanchez and his 4.8 YPA last game, Giants won't be scared of Skins passing attack. Also, injuries plagues the Redskins with tons of injuries both to the O-line and WR. Take away his 90 yard bomb last week, and he had only 8 yards at 8 attempts last week. But thanks to the bomb, we get this line this week.

                                                                                                            Going back to AP, still don't this is adjusted enough (like the Redskins total). I believe Jaguars will load the box in order to keep AP and Josh Johnson under control. They know that if they can stop the run on 1st & 2nd down, Johnson won't be able to hurt them at 3rd & long. I really like Jaguars defense @ home, just a complete different defense.

                                                                                                                                        He got 55 against Bears with 12 carries. I expect more carries against the Jets who has given up lots of yards to opposing RBs. It feels like this line is solely based on his last performance.
