To the moon – Successfully running it up with sports betting?
New to the sports betting world, but far from new to gambling.

Have been playing poker for 4 years and have done fairly okay for myself. One day last week I woke up and decided to get in to sports betting. I have been doing some research on the topic and have found interviews with legends like Haralobos or Jonas (edge bet) where their accounts have been restricted from making bets because they are considered to have too much of an edge.

I want to run my bankroll up from $100 - $10,000 within the next year and then take it from there, ideally ending up with about a 50k roll, betting 1-5% per bet (so, $500-2500). I want to know if this is possible in the sports betting landscape of today. Will I be banned if I am consistently making profit? I am currently using bet365. I have seen 28% growth of my bankroll over 94 bets with a 11.34% ROI and a 59.57% win rate. I know this isn't sustainable, so please don't tell me that. My question is solely on the future of the dream, should I stick with bet365, or should I switch over to a bookmaker like pinnacle? What is the most people are consistently betting and winning at?

Thanks boys (and girls, its 2017, c'mon)

You know what they say: alway bet at bet365 ,but if you can bet at pinnacle - bet at pinnacle.
i make 80% my bets there cuz odds are usually the best. others i use: bet365, sbobet, betonline. will also add 5dimes soon probably.

Let me just say, you must have a dime line sportsbook in your portfolio to win more/lose less
Over 1000 plays, assuming you keep your winning percentage, you will win 596 games. Flat betting 1 unit, if you bet on -110 line you will earn 138 units, and if you bet on pinnace -105 lines you will win 163 units.

As for your question of is it possible to reach your goal:

Lets assume you bet 2% on average, adjusting bet size after every bet to always bet 2%. You on average bet -105 lines which you win 59.57% of time. So how many bets until you (with at least 50% probability) reach 10K?
1700 bets on average( depending on your luck)

now, only change line you bet on to -110 and you will need around 2100 bet to reach your 10K goal.

      Be smart and good luck.

Yep. Use bet365 until you get booted.
