I'm stating that those of us...like I did...who leach off of others picks need to indeed look inward and either lose our own money on our own picks or stop betting. Which is indeed what I will do. Pay up... take time off and not rely on the work of others for gain. I'll pick my own shit when the tourney starts. That way I don't troll a thread or worse yet...sit on it's shoulders like that freaky thing on Jaba's shoulder for a few picks. Now..if you don't mind....I'm going to take a long shower.

Maybe I am a sycophant. I do try to discourage the whiners who feel the need to come in every time we have a single bad game and subtly (or not so subtly) talk shit just because they can’t manage their bankroll or they blow their winnings from this thread on whatever.

Yes, it’s true that I do that in order to gain advantage. That advantage being long term consistent winners. I do it for selfish reasons though... because I enjoy winning $ way more than losing $.

I went almost 10 years without betting on sports. I got tired of losing shitloads of $ all the time. But then a buddy of mine told me about this forum where a guy was killing it year after year. So I started following and betting. And it felt pretty damn good to have the bookie bringing me the money this time. So yeah, I’d like to keep that going. Maybe I do get too protective of my own interests when the clowns show up. I remember times when things got chaotic in here and I thought “well, that was a good run. No way I’d keep coming back to this shit show if I was Ayo.” But there hed be, seemingly unphased, with a couple of games in the bold print.

Call me a sycophant, nut hugger, whatever you’d like... I’m just a selfish guy trying to keep the gravy train on the tracks.

Even though its not good for the thread sometimes I just can’t control the urge to call ppl out for saying dumb shit.
