Thanks, man. We'll put our big-boy pants on today and see what we can find on the small card.

Excellent. No use pushing what is not there.

Thanks for the heads-up and thanks for the picks.

This has been a great ride! Let's keep it going tomorrow. Like another poster said, it's hard not to up unit size, but will refrain and be happy with what I'm winning.

Since we have some dead time today... what's the best way to cash out on 5dimes in the US? I have bitcoin (not an option for me bc I'm old, out of touch, & don't know how this works) checks (fine but I can't exactly go cash these checks at the banks on the reg w/o having a lender question what this is ab if I am getting a loan... can cash elsewhere though) or ATA (not sure what this is. )

Also, Ayo, is there any reason not to raise unit size mid-season? If I started out w a 40-unit bankroll and now it's 80+ units... why not double unit amt? I intended all along to double my unit size after Christmas, increased a couple of times since then, and am now at units 4x what I started the season. Prob won't increase again until I hit 60+ current units.

Do bitcoin. I just had a nightmare experience with my 5dimes check and my bank being a dick. I have to do a stop payment and eat the $250 fee which comes out of my winnings

cool. many days, the best bet is no bet at all. I have lost a grip trying to force a square peg in a round hole in my younger days. As i have matured, i have gotten cool with the no play. And I have been much better off for it.

The books I use, BetOnline and BookMaker, offered check payouts of $2500 at a time. I believe there was a monthly restriction on this as well. The bank I used, Ally Bank, would not cash these checks as they were cut by a Canadian bank (one book sent a RBC check, another CIBC, both top global banking institutions who have operations in the US). Despite their American presence, Canadian banks are considered to be foreign so any checks issued by them go through a super long process of being approved by my stupidass American bank (as well as other stupidass American banks) and making sure that no money laundering was taking place and a whole bunch of other well-meaning but ill-applied regulations.

Thankfully, TD Bank has been trying to expand like crazy in the US so at least where I'm from there's a branch almost everywhere and they pride themselves on being open 7 days a week. Anyway, TD (Toronto Dominion) is a Canadian bank and they accept checks from other Canadian banks no problem. Also, there were no questions as to where I was getting my funds from (again, in $2500 amounts), although I was anxious about this as well.

Now, both books offer d*rect d*posit (didn't know SBR censored this phrase) options straight into my American bank account no problem. The withdrawal fees are also lower. I think both are $35 and BetOnline offers a free monthly payout option. BookMaker gives you points for every dollar wagered/won which you can convert into cash into your betting account which you can then use to pay the withdrawal fees so almost free in a way. Not sure if either have a max withdrawal amount via d*rect d*posit because unfortunately, I have not been able to test that max. Hopefully, that changes this year!

                                      Hopefully this is helpful.

See, Mom, I told you other people were worried about how to withdraw and deposit their winnings!

Keep up the good work, Ayo! I almost like the fact that Friday is a low to no betting night in CBB because we all know Saturday is gonna be cray!

They wouldn't cash it even though it was from TDBank, Canada's largest bank (which I assume has to count for something instead of Random Igloo Banking, Inc). They asked me a fuk ton of questions about it such as where its from, why, who is the remitter, etc. Told them it was a gift from extended family and they were still on my ass about it.

So yea they wouldn't cash it, and they said they mailed it back to me. Just my fukking luck, it gets lost in the USPS system when I live 2 blocks from my bank. Fukkin the only thing I've ever got lost in the mail by any carrier, is a check for $1250.

So I gotta do a stop payment which will incur a $250 fee and hopefully cash out in bitcoin (once it stabilizes a little bit).

5dimes sent the check real quick though, and they sent it via courier requiring a signature. I was impressed, but don't use it if your bank won't do their fukking job though.

Not sure if you saw my post above yours but maybe it would be easiest to just open a TD Bank account. I leave about $300-$400 there to not get charged their maintenance fees but a small price to pay to be able to cash my checks without question, delay or complaint.

Man, it sounds like a real drag being an American in the world of betting. I was always jealous of the Euros who could use Neteller still but now I'm feeling pretty lucky to be Canadian.

I'm on 5d as well quick question since it's a down night....want to withdraw. Heard nightmares about checks, p2p is only up to $350 as max which isn't much, not familiar with bitcoin or how I'd get it converted to USD then there's wire which i have never used with a sport book. Any suggestions? Leaning wire or p2p...

No TD Banks near me so that rules out that.

Interested in learning about P2P as well, even though I can use bitcoin.

I don't remember where I saw it but some site... could have been SBR... has a video on setting up Coinbase for bitcoins and cashing out 5dimes via BTC.

I have Td and Td is awesome. I also have a local who gives me a 10k limit, which I never plan on crossing that limit. But if I had to. I would use circle for bitcoin exchange. I've actually used circle for investment purposes and it was fast and simple. I hope this helps

My friend is writing a book about sports betting in America and how America is the only country that still has bookies and departments of the police actively looking for "bookmakers". Yet, in many states you can buy weed from a weed store, guns and booze 24/7. In Canada, our government supports legalized weed on a federal level but it'll take 250 years for them to figure out how to do it, we can't buy a gun, 80% of Canadians can't buy booze from a corner store or after 10pm yet we can gamble where ever. Only in 2017.
