Got a bit riding on the Canucks tonight boys. My online betting agency screwed up the odds and I pounced. If Canucks win or draw (at regulation) I profit $1160, if Oilers win outright I profit $337. Had to outlay $6k to do so, but will win back $7160 or $6337. Was it ethical of me to put down those bets?

Nope, they can't do that. Has gone through and I have receipt. As soon as i put the $4k on Van they corrected their odds, so they knew what they'd done. As far as i'm concerned I saved them from some guy with $50k in his account cleaning up. I'm poor and could only muster $6k ha ha...

Anyway, here's hoping for some great LB bets today!

They can still cancel your bet, they reserve the right to cancel all wagers placed on bad lines, its part of the agreement that you make when you play there. Some books even ban you from playing with them if you try to take advantage of bad lines
