Yeah I think Howard back is a good thing as long as they don't get stupid by trying to run their offense through him. We all know Houston is not the ultimate reliable team but there's no excuse for them not to show up tonight against the team that ended their season last year. I feel good about getting them as a dog at home.

Well if last year is any indication, the good runs are gonna be really good and the bad runs are gonna be really bad.

But all in all I'm confident I'll do well. We'll see. We're not even a week in yet. I've made a couple bad picks and lost every single close game except OKC.

Tonight's card doesn't inspire me much and this probably isn't a good time to force a pick so I'll wait for tomorrow.

Cause they lost their opening 2 games to 2 teams perceived as bottom feeders losing one very badly.

We don't know if Deron Williams or Parsons are suiting up for Dallas yet I think. I would expect a decent effort from the Lakers in this one.

This is the NBA regular season so we always have to be wary that teams can look completely different on successive nights, but Houston might just be outmatched there. Probably a pass for me. You considering taking something there?

I have no idea. I haven't really paid much attention to nba to be honest. I got the free nba league pass thing right now and have probably watched only about an hour of nba so far. Pinny still hasn't released a line for that game.

It doesn't surprise me that Houston is off to a slow start though. Integrating a pg like Lawson takes some time, especially moving Harden off the ball now.

They're also missing some guys up front obviously. This team is still a work in progress. But they might have overachieved a bit last year also.

In a way, I think fading them with that new lineup is the move. Like Lawson, integrating DWill into that offense will take some time.

It might take them a while to gel but let's not forget we're also talking about Rick Carlisle vs Kevin McHale. I think Deron Williams should fit pretty well into Carlisle's offense. Hopefully they don't fall out for other reasons like Deron Williams and Jerry Sloan.

Clippers are stacked this year in terms of depth. I think they might get the #1 seed actually. We know who they are most of the time when the games actually matter though.

The Lakers have looked really bad but who the fukk are the Nuggets to be road favs against anybody? Definitely feel like the Lakers should win that game but I hate betting on games between 2 bad teams. Gotta think about it.
