#1752Nah, actually Noah has great court awareness. That's why he worked so well as a facilitator from the elbows last season, averaged more than 5 assists. He's also been elite defensively, one of the few centers who can leap out and contain guards on the pick and roll and a very solid rim protector. He was 4th in MVP voting last year for a reason.
But this year it's been a different story. Missed some games early in the season and hasn't quite regained his form yet. Arguably his worst season since his rookie year. Hopefully he gets it going soon as he'll be key to a potential Bulls run in the playoffs.
As for the Cavs, I haven't been impressed by them or sold on them all year and I don't think that will change. I'm very stubborn which sometimes works for me and sometimes doesn't. We'll just have to wait and see. I'm not stupid though, I know the East sucks and they could very well win it if the Bulls aren't healthy enough. They could lose to the Hawks if they faced them in the second round but they can't meet them til the ECF and I really feel like the Hawks will choke on the big stage.Comment -

#1755WTF is happening with the Bucks line?
Down to 7 from 11s openers??
Can`t see who is out yet.
This seems to happen late in the season, as even the books have a hard time figuring out who might or might not come to play?
Playoffs can`t come soon enough.Comment -

#1765Great stuff last night, Seto. Nice hit on the Celtics. I see my man Marcus Smart did good for your bet.
Don't know about that last play on the Spurs game. 50/50 call and to me it seemed like a clean block watching it live. In any case, the call could've went both ways but I don't think it was that bad.
You like anything tonight? I see Mostly non-meaningful games and Memphis - Clippers will be an interesting game to watch but I'm not sure there's an angle on this one.Comment -

#1767The way that game was being called (every time someone breathed on Mills or Ginobili it was a "foul"), you absolutely have to call that. From the angles I saw it looked like a definite foul too. Typical Spurs.Comment -

Trying to figure out why Memphis is getting 8.5 points. Sure they're on a back to back and Conley is probably not playing, but this seems like a stretch to me. I would've had them +6 or so.Comment -

#1771I respectfully disagree. NBA officially ruled it a correct non-call:

I'm not sure if it was a great play, if Harden's 3 with 28 seconds left doesn't get a lucky bounce that play likely loses. I was probably as close to winning the ml as I was to losing the spread. Either way just gotta move on. I can't believe I'm gonna have to sweat my southwest division futures though.Comment -

#1773This is weird. Still, Memphis don't have the perimeter players to break down the Clippets defense and the have been mediocre for a while now. Probably ends up somewhere close to a 8-10 points Clipps win.Comment -

#1775Conley typically struggles against the Clippers anyway and despite that Memphis owns them. I guess we'll just have to see if the books got this one right. The Clippers are still big time pretenders in my mind. It's not like those whacky lines that make no sense just because a team is a little banged up never win. The Clippers got 10 points in Dallas about a month ago in a similar kind of situation and ended up winning going away.Comment -

#1777I took the Spurs not to win it at about -110 in late December. Can't believe both Memphis and Houston (and Dallas to some extent) blew those leads. Between that and the Bulls blowing a 7 game lead in the Central Division, I've had some really tough ones with futures this year. Obviously can still win but just having to sweat it is annoying. Spurs were still +500 just a week ago or so. Probably shoulda taken the cash and ran but easy to say now.Comment -

We'll have a few interesting games tomorrow. Indiana probably should take care of OKC but I'm not sure I want to lay the 3.5 points and we have Boston again vs Cavs who have nothing to play for.Comment -

OKC/Indiana and New Orleans/Houston are 2 huge games for sure. Not sure if I'll bet either game though.
The Hawks/Wizards game is one of those games where Washington needs to prove a point against a team that has repeatedly embarrassed them and swept through the division. It's going to be very tempting to take them even though I think they suck.Comment -

Shit is proper tense now. Not even sure what to root for tomorrow. Do I want the Rockets to win out so they finish above the Spurs if the Spurs lose to the Pelicans on final day or do I want them to lose to avoid the risk of a 3-team tie and trust Memphis to win in Golden State?Comment -
