I'm not even going to waste my time typing up what useless change I'm making to my system this time! All picks, no bs, one week. If I'm not above 60% by 12:00 am CT 3/20/09 I'm done wasting my time with NBA. I don't even enjoy it that much, but hell I have 6 months to kill til the next NFL season. If I'm not winning, I hope you guys at least are. Here we go:

    March 12, 2009
    Phoenix +4.5
    2011 NFL: 4-0 ATS
2010 NFL: 21-31 ATS (Stopped after Week 12)
    2009 NFL: 55-30-1 ATS
    2008 NFL: 57-36-2 ATS

Rough start, but the crystal ball tells me I'll be bringing home a 9-3 or 10-3 finish to the week. Turning things around tomorrow, I'll have some plays up shortly

I went with Houston earlier in the day and got them at +1. Not too confident in the play, but I don't feel there is any answer for Yao on the Bobcats roster. Okafor is too small and Diop has no offense when he comes in. Both teams are going to play with urgency though. The Bobcats batting for the 8th spot and the Rockets trying to stay on top of the west. It should be a good close game, GL!

                  why twolves?

they dont have their best player.... we all know that, but playing with a depleted roster. And pls. they dont have a coach. mchale is a great player in his era. PERIOD. no more, no less.

dont pick a crappy team if you want to improve your record. just an opinion. you might be seeing something that i dont.

on my point of view, how will miller score with wallace on him. love with okafor or diaw at the paint?

whats the record of minny after all star? +4 can help or it wont be enough.

                  good luck

Oh no! I'm with you on houston (Still deciding on Uta @ Mia) but minnesota looks like a bad pick. injured roster against a very healthy team, playoff contender against a team who kicked the bucket.

GL on your plays tho even though we differ

well i went ahead and added a couple of plays. i'm basically just blindly following my system at this point and hoping it turns itself around. it had 4 weeks of spectacular data and then right when i started doing this it struggles of course, i don't get it. i'm probably going to have to start filtering these plays cause you're right i'd probably be leaving out minnesota and i'd probably keep chicago out of it too. idk, i've never paid an ounce of attention to NBA before this year i really hate the sport to be honest its one of the worst pro sports out there and the refs are consistently bad. learning experience, hopefully next year should i choose to do this again i'll have a little more wisdom

                            KROY,

I F###ed big time. you are right to fade bobcats. i messed up on utah also.
and also chickened out on SAn, go figure.

messed up the whole week. need to regroup and focus on to the next.

stick to your system and analyze a bit before posting. if you feel it make sense, then go ahead and manage your green. you'll get the groove back. but you are correct on the refs, this season is one of the worst. they make consistent bad calls on superstars, and then some more this season. thats the difference and its a big factor which affects the outcome of the games. to many indecisiveness also for the refs, they dont know what to call, a lot of noncalls, and the farther ref will make the call. So stupid!!!!

But its still my fav sport.... dont comment on that...... refs ruin the games

Good job today Kroy, blindly sticking to your system might be the way to keep doing it and see how it works out! Not much of a NBA man myself but if this comes around like football you know I'll be there!

i just understand nfl so much better than nba, that's probably why nfl does so much better because i can spot the system picks that don't make sense. anyways, i'll start putting picks i think make sense and that i like in bold, and track that record seperately and see if i can hit at a higher % when its a personal play as well. not many lines up yet, one for tomorrow so far. i'll add more tomorrow morning shortly before the first game tips off.

considering i've had one winning day so far i'm surprised i'm above 50%. i think the system is just going through one of its cold streaks right now, hopefully it snaps out of it soon. only one for tomorrow so far, only one more line to come out too so we'll have a max of 2 plays unless there's some significant line movement.

i'm adding denver because my system identified the nets as a "trap play", which usually is a pretty good sign that betting the other side will result in profit. i'm not making it a personal play, but i'll add it to system play cuz i'm interested to see what it does

Wow can't seem to get my feet under me here, the system is on a bit of a cold streak it looks like. I knew I was in trouble when I saw the Hornets matchup on streak for cash. Tomorrow only one line stands out so far, I'm sure I'll be adding more plays tomorrow though.
