You still have to figure out what the overlay is, compared to the line,
in order to come up with what is a play or not a play.

A positive value will pick the home team.
Sacramento Kings line value is +7.5
Play on SAC If SAC < - 2.5 Or > +

A negative value will pick the away team
Suns line value is -4.3
Play on the SUNS if the line is > +1
