i don't see it moving much in either direction tbh.

for game 4 i was foolish not to wait because i predicted the line movement perfectly spurs would be faves by gameday, then the line would move back a bit towards gs. thankfully it didn't cost me.

Haven't checked in here with no games so just reading this now. Yeah, I see your point but remember for pts in the paint in most of those games they had Rudy Gay taking 20 shots a game.

The thing that pisses me off about the bet I made is that I just took it because I thought Memphis was a better team, even though I thought the Spurs were in a good spot. Stupid stupid stupid. Anyway it's done now. I'm likely going to take Memphis series now though. I obviously wasn't impressed by them in game 1 but their main issues were on defense and I think they can correct that. Conley can play better defense on Parker, Tony Allen can stop leaving Danny Green open all the time and I doubt Bonner will get as many open looks as well. On offense also Grizzlies will have a hard time playing worse. If anything, this should go 7 if the Spurs are to win it.

Yeah, I hate that stupid Clipper team. They fukked me last year in the playoffs, all season every time I faded or played them, and then did the same in this year's playoffs. Glad I won't have to hear of them again for a while. Hopefully CP3 comes to Dallas.

Ha, I don't really hate Benfica. Happy we won that final but not really thrilled either, it's not really a competition that I've always dreamt of winning. Still, winning is better than losing I guess.

Don't overreact too much to one game. Everyone fell in love with Brooklyn after game 1 v Chicago and we all know what happened in the next 3. Not saying Brooklyn are the Spurs, who are better coached and more talented, but one game in the NBA does not mean that much. I still don't know if I'm gonna bet game 2, the series, or both. Waiting a little more.

I know they will adjust, but even if they adjust, they won't be able to covet those 20 points back for this game in my mind. I will likely play them in one of their home games but tonight, the only reason I don't go big on Spurs is because really, I actually respect the Grizz team a lot. The Spurs are just even better and don't big flaws like the Grizz do.

Ha, I rarely support English teams in Europe as well. The only ones are when a team like Stoke or Middlesbrough makes a UEFA Cup/Europa League run I'll support them, but I'll never support other UCL teams or other London teams. You never want your neighbours to do well

I still have to watch yesterday's game more in depth to tell you what I'm going to do moving forward. My idea was to take Memphis spread because I thought they'd keep it close, take the ml just in case they won and even if the ml didn't cash it would present a good opportunity to take them in G3. Now I'm not so sure what my next move is. I was really tired after a lot of travelling yesterday and didn't feel like staying up all night to watch it, and just watched the start and the end right now (I got tired of watching Memphis' "offense" at 43-30 and decided to just skip to the last few minutes of the 4th quarter ). Watching the first half my impression was that Memphis couldn't really do much in this series and was just being helped in the first 2 rounds by inept defensive coaching by Brooks and Del Negro, but I'll have to rewatch their comeback to see how they did it.
