Can I find out racing information prior to getting to the track?

I've found a website for the track near my house and was wondering if there was a way for me to look at the horses running and all the info in the program before getting to the track. I've finally learned that only a few of the races are worth playing and would like to know which ones I must make it to.

Equibase says they have programs available 48 to 72 hours prior to the race.

equibase is probably the best site. you can look at individual horse performances as well as scratches

go to www.drf.com. daily racing form site has many different products to suit your needs.what i would do if i wanted to be selective,is
purchase the quick line product (has race conditions,class & speed figures,trainer & jockey %'s,drf selection for that race,and more.
iwould find the races that appear interesting to me,then iwould purchase the past performance pdf singulary for those races only.

this is a correction to my last post concerning the ultimate pp at drf. it is the formulator past performance product,not,ultimate.
also i went onsite at drf.could not find single race pp's for sale.i may have muffed it up
looking for that info. the otb outlet at jd coopers restaurant in putnam,ct has a drf machine that you can get a single printed drf for a single race.ithink the price is 25 or 50 cents a race.
