Flamingo has a nice little $30 tourny every morning @ 10am if you're looking for a litte cheap time killer close to Paris. They cap it at 30 entries and 15 min levels. Enjoy and feel better

Nice pic Opti, Do love a good med rare steak and the occasional PBR.

Gotta have nice IPA or local brew when I travel though. New Belgium's Fat Tire or Imperial are great ales. I grew up on Heineken and German lager brews, so American beer has no effect on me.

I really liked the PBR. Genuinely. Got Dos Equis tonight but it's only ok.

I am not into really hoppy or malty beers so agree that IPA is not a style I go for.

i've done the summer daytona race, and now am kinda jonesin' for attending speedweeks/500.....

next year i may block out two weeks mid/late feb and make it happen.....

NASCAR guys here should make a plan for a bunch of us to do it.

it's awesome. Bucket list item for an nascar fan imo. Amazing experience

also read that this year staying in Daytona close to the 500 is just as or more expensive than the Super Bowl! Over $500 a night average. That is crazy expensive. BK actually commented on how expensive it is noe and pissed about it

Rooms near the track (Walking Distance) are going for $500-$600 per night. But I live 12 miles from the Daytona International Speedway and there's a Days Inn and a Quality Inn near me that are only $225 per night. The key is to book them early before they sell out.
