I'm not so sure about this one. Rutgers will have trouble scoring in this game and Rutgers' defense is completely untested... their first 2 games were against extremely weak competition.

I lean S. Florida here, but I think the best play would be the under.

Smart pick. In the BE, everyone forgets RU and say USF Lville and Cincy are better. Rutgers has the best D in the conference, return a lot of defensive guys from a unit last year which was excellent. Two "untested" games this year don't need to factor in.

s.florida 1-6 conference play last year...5 days rest...coming off an emotional last minute win.+2 turnover diff vs nevada WR Griffin injured..Could be a good spot for rutgers..

i feel as though that is what the books want you to think with this number. Public perception is not that strong for rutgers and everybody assumes usf as one of the big 3 in the conf this year. usf just played a tough game in nevada last week. I really dont think there is a chance they cover this tomm night. again, i will decide which way im headed a lil less than an hr before kickoff. might just wait till the last 10 minutes.

When the market has the line at Rutgers +8.5 and you capped it at Rutgers -7, you should probably check your numbers... The books aren't wrong by two touchdowns.

i am not saying my numbers are better than vegas. my numbers currently use a combo of last years stats and this years. i weed out the shit fcs teams they play. i look at h/a, comm opponents, and last 5 games against fbs schools. i factor in turnovers, injuries, and give a glance at trends. all in all it works for me. not saying im the god of capping.

the public loves usf and blows them. dont you think vegas knows that by now. rutgers does not have a very good public perception but is a very tough and gritty team.

very solid chance rutgers runs away with this one so we will just have to wait and see
