I like Rutgers myself. SFL short week coming off a cross country trip. Take the under too. Rutgers has no offense, South Florida has no defense.

When the market has the line at Rutgers +8.5 and you capped it at Rutgers -7, you should probably check your numbers... The books aren't wrong by two touchdowns.

Try and see how that works out over 200 plays. Sample size and variance matter quite a bit.
