          I knew ND would be up there because the fact is they haven't played up to the level all of these "experts" have been putting them at. The sad thing is that despite being one of the best programs in the history of college football (maybe the best, definitely top 3) they still haven't lived up to the billing that people give them because everytime they look remotely decent people get on them like they are a lock to win it all.
