As a Bama backer, I'll say this. I think McCoy's loss was probably the key to the game. That said, I will never understand what Saban was doing tonight. His decisions were terrible. Mac was playing with an awful hand. Saban was just stupid and especially in the 2H.

I'm not trying to start an argument but let me tell you why I said what I did:

1. Win the toss and elect to receive. Emotions run so high in this game it's had to come out OFFENSIVELY strong with that emotion. You are better off defensively where you can just smack somebody.
2. You call a fake punt on the first drive deep in your own territory.
3. you have a big lead at half and your team comes out at flat in the 2H.
4. Very little defensive pressure in the 2H until the game is in question again.
5. If Ingrim is healthy enough to play in the 4Q he should lay before then. He's your stud ride him. If he's not healthy, he shouldn't play.

I don't want to use the B word, but he sure was conservative (That is their style though except for the Florida game) and it almost cost the Tide if you take away the turnovers. 17 points total for the Tide if not for the Turnovers.

At least it was a good game in the second half unlike me and many others expected. Gilbert gained much experience here as a frosh. Good for him.

Agreed! Sometimes it is about common sense. SEC is king and will continue to be top dog until someone knocks them down. I saw the posts about the sharps and UT. I took Bama cuz I saw what they did to Florida. I figured they would man handle UT and they did. Had 6 units on Bama for the game, 2 units on the under.....then followed with 5 units on the over 2nd half. Sharps win and there is money to be made following sharp money.....BUT....nothing is 100% Took this one to the bank for +9 units.
