Bankroll jumped from $600 to $2333 tonight. Wish I would have put more than $50 on that +2000 mL. Now I just have to work on being disciplined and measured. I always do great and bubble to huge amounts in a short time, but then I also always mentally collapse at some point after building and go all in on some sure thing. I have yet cashout on any big pot I've built in 5D. I just started gambling in September this year. First run got it up to $10,800 in a week. Gave it all back on Saints vs Bucs. SMH. I lost my entire $3900 bankroll on A&M -17 two days ago. Now I'm back off $500 deposited yesterday. Pray for me ya. Lol

These lines dont make alot of sense. Miami were a small underdog against a very good Louisville team and got blasted.

Is the mentally collapse part due in part to you gambling $200 one game, $50 another, $500 another. You have to bet every game the same. You must always remember we are gambling on humans. When Auburn and Florida State rolls around, you don't have to raise your bet just because it's the national championship game.

most of your bets should be relatively the same amount i usually go between 50 and 200 for ncaa football since i have more bets then average. other sports different. i think i bet 300 on 2 games this year.

Just reread this. You are EXACTLY like me. Right down to playing at 5D. I never cash out, just go for the next big bet. I have 10,000? If I bet Serena tonight it can be 11,000! Trying really hard to stay disciplined now that I'm up pretty big again.

Also pay attention to how they play the clock and poor tackle attempts. Selling a game isn't hard. I can't get a read on how it will play out yet for the 2H, but that opening drive for the run back wasn't very encouraging. Refs threw flags on the play so for now I don't know.

O/u for this quarter was at -160 for over13.5. That means the majority of bets took the over. What happens on the field? A shit load of punts. OU will score on their next possession and keep the money switching sides till the very end where Bama pulls out a last minute win and gets praise for an incredible come from behind effort.
so.. can an individual player or team have an off day, be mentally down, have unlucky bounce of the ball etc? or the opposition play the best games of their lives? ...or are you suggesting this couldn't happen and individual players and/or entire teams, coaching staff and officials are paid off to influence the result of games?

Absolutely can happen. Yet, forgetting to factor in the human greed element to these college kids that are not seeing any money is dumb. Not every game is fixed, but certainly many big games are. You can spot a fixed game through player effort most times. Like for example when Duke was throwing those bombs in the 1H against A&M and going all out to drive up the score, and how the A&M missed all tackles and db's throttled down their running speed on everyone of those big bomb plays tells me that they didn't want to cover the spread. Money most definitely influences games.

not sure if a&m's defensive effort is a good example...thats the norm for them.

You're right, and yes that is a big part of my problem. I'm pretty good in building and stick to $100 on most bets, but then I come on SBR and see a sure thing being pitched around and get weak minded. I know about fading favorites, but sometimes I second guess experience. The worst habit is going all in. I know it's bad and I don't ever do it while I'm building. It's always right before I'm considering a cashout. Almost like a last minute money grab that always fails. It's mental. I need to fix it and believe I'm smart enough to correct the problem.

Theres also nothing quite like the thrill of that moment at kick off or when two fighters touch gloves in a game where you just put it all on the line. We are sick. GL to you making some cash this year.

Unfortunately, that's how I see some of these games. Like WWE. Scripted end results, with them allowing the players to create the inbetween story line.

But wasn't Bama winning but not covering the script? Anyway, congrats on your win and GL for the future. I guess if we all knew of the "fix" before the game rather than during or after we'd be friggin millionaires huh.
