I really think itd is safe, bisping is a prideful person, and u have to think that after 2 rounds he will be tired of getting punked and chased around the octagon in london, with anderson screaming lets go and calling him in, I mean eventually he will have to get in range and take some risks, anderson still has the fast twitch muscles firing and Bisping won't have the quickness advantage as he usually has, leites was even tagging him and he doesn't have near the quickness in his counters that anderson does. All the talk bisping has been spewing about retiring anderson, I believe we could very well hear bisping say he retires after finally getting the fight he wanted against the GOAT in his home country, I honesty wish I could get a prop on this being bispings last fight.

#107I'll tell ya another thing.
If by chance Bisping can take down Silva we all remember Anderson Silva elbowing the shit out of Chael Sonnens head and face off his back.. He's brutal with those elbows from bottom position.. I'm sure Bisping is aware of that.. I'm also sure Bisping doesn't want to get his head and face wrecked laying in top position but we'll see..
He beat up Chael off his back before sinking in the triangle then armbar transition years ago anyways.. Elbow strikes were brutal.. I always thought that had something to do with the rematch quick exit from Chael.. Didn't want to take those elbows again.. Took the easier out standing and quick payday exit..

Bisping does believe he's going after the belt like his friends already have on the UFC tonight show.. DC and Cruz.. Not gonna happen though in his life time.. I'm pretty sure DC and Cruz know that too..
They should have futures on that.. They have politics, food eating contests and WWE why not this...Last edited by JIBBBY; 02-22-16, 11:37 PM.Comment -

#109I can get Anderson by KO/TKO/DQ -154 on Bet365 so I will probably roll with that and parlay the ML with Rivera. Literally all Bisping can probably do is somehow get on top of Silva and lay on him but the odds of that happening for an extended period of time is low to say the least...
Silva to win in round 1 is +250, the same as Cerrone was last night. There's a good chance Anderson blows him out in the first round.Last edited by JC2008; 02-22-16, 11:35 PM.Comment -

#112Remember this fight is in bisping back yard. If it happens to go the distance, i could see bisping getting a gift-decision from the judges. We all seen robberies with judging. So factor that into your handicappingComment -

Still not sure it's gonna make a difference though.. Anderson Silva has been a road warrior his entire career fighting outside of Brazil.. May not get to the judges but we'll see.Comment -

#115Good Point....Rather than try and get up he pulls guard and is OK with being on his back.....I guess its a gameplan thing....moos should circle out....but if he ties up with leites he could gets swept for sure...being a 3 rounder I guess gives him a better chance of winning...Nah.
Leites can win on the ground where most of Moose wins have come lately. And Mousasi just complacent as penetrate in there. It's a shame, because when he's on he's one of the best fighters in the world. Think this goes the distance 75/80% of the time with Leites the winner at least 40%.
If pre-Weidman Anderson, or even remotely him, shows up, Bisping is obviously going to get brained. But even in the second fight against Weidman, it was like he lost all confidence and ability. He applied the thaiclinch wrong, tried to knee when off balance, and got dropped for it. Didn't pull the trigger in a tailor made matchup against Diaz. He's been looking bad. Almost 40, coming off PED's. I'm not confident in him getting the KO. Good chance it's one of those fights where you can see what the end result will be early though. - I think it likely goes long. Bisping will fight scared.Comment -

#121Because of question marks, roids, layoff, and fighting in enemy territory that could affect the way the judges see the rounds, if it was to make the distance. I'm also on him 100 in the distance, and him finishing in 3rd 4th or 5th. Also on the over 2.5.Comment -

A fight I'm looking at is this big odds on favorite Tom Breese... Hmmm?

Tom Breese 9-0 is the -1100 favorite coming in against this Asian dude Nakamura 31-6.. Tom Breese should win fighting in his home Country but you gotta wonder is he that good?... English man Tom Breese does have 2 straight KO wins in the UFC and his last KO win was against Cathedral whom is slow and methodical but durable.. Before that a questionable UFC can in Luiz Jorge (just 1-2 since entering into the UFC)..
Undefeated Tom Breese really hasn't fought anyone great yet is what I'm getting at but neither has Nakamura... He's got the power to knock out Nakamura though for sure...http://www.sherdog.com/fighter/Tom-Breese-45986
Nakamura is pretty slick on the ground with 17 wins coming by way of sub.. Mostly to bums in Japan but still impressive though... He's got some stand up skills from what I've seen on vid and isn't totally lost... If by chance this fight gets to the ground Nak could lock in something maybe.. Huge if!!! I'll play this for 10 bucks anyways just for giggles and kicks..
$10.00 $137.50 Pending 2/27/16 5:00pm MMA Props Fighting 1227 Nakamura wins by submission +1375* vs Any other result
Most likely Tom Breese wins this fight but Nakamura has only been KO'd and Sub'd out one time each in 37 pro fights.. That's impressive stats even for fighting mainly just in Japan..http://www.sherdog.com/fighter/Keita-Nakamura-9572 Went to 4 decisions losses so this prop below might just work for the odds.. Need to watch more vids but I'm entertaining this prop below as Nakamura is not just going to lay down in this one I believe.. More to come..

#136Going with Rivera by KO at +160.
The dude pretty much only wins his fights by KO lately, no sub wins anyways on his record. Pickett will be standing there to be hit in this one at some point I believe.. Rivera has power... http://www.sherdog.com/fighter/Francisco-Rivera-11908
I know both these guys well, Pickett is kinda washed up if you ask me, a journeyman now but a bit of a bruiser and reasonably well rounded... Rivera is still relevant in the UFC and really brings it.. This guy can knock your head off.. Plus Josh likes him to win as well ITD which confirms my thinking.....
Everything points to Rivera for the win I'm just hoping not by decision.... Odds are a bit to heavy on the straight -220 for my taste.. Besides this fight does go down in Picketts back yard so that makes me just a little nervous.. No hedge on this one.. Just a $100 riding that's it..

This write up on MMAmania about sums up all my thoughts on this fight after capping it just now.. Rather then explain why Jotko by decision just read this.. This writer is on it if you ask me.. I do not agree with his unanimous decision prediction though.. Scott is fighting in his own back yard and Jotko is not.. Could play into one of the judges hand...
(Copy and paste)
185 lbs.: Brad Scott (10-3) vs. Krzysztof Jotko (16-1)
Scott reached the finals of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF): "Smashes" welterweight tournament before dropping a decision to Australia's Brad Whittaker. He's since gone 2-1, choking out Dylan Andrews last May in his most recent effort. His 10 wins are split between knockouts and submissions.
After a decision over Bruno Santos in his promotional debut, Jotko suffered his first career defeat at the hands of Sweden's Magnus Cedenblad in Berlin. He's since won consecutive decisions over Tor Troeng and Scott Askham in Sweden and Dublin, respectively. 10 of his wins and each of his last five have come by decision.
Krzysztof Jotko is not a man you turn to when on the hunt for an all-action scrap, but he's good at what he does: grinding the bejeezus out of people. His size, strength, and top game make him damn near impossible to shake off once he's got a grip on you. Scott simply does not have the sort of defensive grappling to get anything going against him.
Jotko's predictability and limited skillset aren't an issue against someone who knows exactly what's coming but doesn't have the means to stop it. Expect a three-round wrestlefest that ends in a Polish victory.
Prediction: Jotko by unanimous decision
