#290I like to think I was a bit of a pioneer in the new-age moderation techniques. I thought the logical step in the evolution of moderation would be to take the ironic route and actually do the exact opposite of moderating. I called the project: "De-moderation X" .
Alas, the SBR gestapo (Shari) shut me down because she felt threatened by this evolution that she could not adapt to.Comment -

#296Holy shit. Why did I have to pay -225 on Rory if every focking person and their mother are picking ellenberger to win. Almost every internet write up, every sherdog wannabe betting expert...everyone on Ellenberger, mostly by early Ko.
Looks like its just you and me rocky16, fock everyone.
But I still may hit that Ko of the night prop somebody suggested....
Could Jake KO him in 1st? Sure can, but I wouldn't put any $ on it happening. I do think the KOTN prop bet is a great hedging tool but I don't hedge. I'm a true degen, alpha, scholar.Comment -

#301Gave the Sportv.com: The fighter Paraná Jessica Andrade embarked on Sunday to Seattle, USA, where will his UFC debut on Saturday against former title challenger Liz Carmouche belt at UFC: Johnson x Moraga. "Bate-cutting" as it is nicknamed, is the first Brazilian woman ever to fight for the UFC, and does not hide it, when you start playing your music input - the hit "Diamonds" by Rihanna - anxiety will hit.
- Ah, hits. Every athlete feels that tingly inside, that medinho to get inside, but I think this is normal for every fighter. I'm trying to focus on the most, and keep me quiet, but I think by the time I enter the hall will be all mixed up, anxiety, etc - Andrade said in an interview with Combate.com.
The Paraná starts with a quarry ahead: the American Liz Carmouche, who made the first female fight in UFC history against champion Ronda Rousey. Carmouche should face Miesha Tate, but this was removed from the event to replace the injured Cat Zingano as the next challenger and antagonist Rousey in the 18th season of The Ultimate Fighter. Jessica Andrade received the call to replace Tate in early June, less than two months before the event in Seattle.
- I'm sure she is very well prepared, know it will not be an easy fight, but we always hope for the best for us. I think, for she has already made a UFC fight, should be more calm, more quiet, but I'm sure it'll also be quiet and well focused - analyzed the Brazilian - We are focusing on very striking, I'll change a lot with her . I think I'll knock. In the background is finalized but my focus is on knock - decreed.

Fighting out of crops to be the first Brazilian in action at UFC
Peso galo do UFC - Jessica Andrade
At 21 years old, Jessica "Bate Stake" Andrade carries a great responsibility. On July 27, against Liz Carmouche in the UFC - Johnson x Moraga, the fighter will be the first Brazilian in action in the Octagon. Another major challenge for the representative of Paraná, which debuted in MMA for less than two years and has accumulated nine wins in the cartel (two losses), with four knockouts and five submissions.
"I am well pleased. I think it is a big responsibility, but I am very quiet. I know what I'll do when you get there and when we know what we're doing becomes easier, "he says.
Life in itself was a big challenge for Jessica. A few years ago, she worked in the fields, from 5pm until 20h, and trained at night. To arrive at the gym, after the hard life on the farm, had to walk five miles to the bus stop.
"I started training in 2011, when they finished school. There was a social project and made a judo class. Friday was the only day I had off and the opportunity to practice physical activities. In the first practice judo master said I was carrying way. After that I started training jiu-jitsu and a few months later I made my first MMA fight and won. From then on I started to invest in it, to train other styles, "he says.
Before long, Jessica stood up in the events arise unexpected opportunity in the UFC, the newly merged category bantamweight female.
"It was a great opportunity. Did not think it would come so quickly to the UFC, there are people who are there for much longer and not had the chance. I think I saw something different in me to call me, and if I got where I am today is thanks to my team and everyone who supported me. It was very quick, I think it is a gift that I have, it's crazy all what happened to me! "Said, almost in disbelief, as if living a dream.
Ahead, the Brazilian will have Liz Carmouche (7v-3d), a fighter who seeks knockouts. Liz coming off a loss to eventual champion Ronda Rousey , the first female fight in the organization.
"When I heard, then focused on the strategy for Liz. I think the fight will be even more standing in striking and kicking. I trained every day strong, did the physical training on the beach and much jiu-jitsu, muay thai boxing and wrestling. I'm going strong, "says Jessica, who says a bit more about what might happen in the enclosure:
"I see it as a great athlete, strong and warlike. I think it will be a struggle more explosive and will focus on her mistake. If we change and she tired, take to the floor. I have this quality to vary your play and go up. Take in the face and keep going inside. In the fight, we do not know exactly how it will be. Sometimes we set up a strategy and time everything changes. There's no way adivinharmos and she also saw what was wrong in their struggles to try to fix. I'll always waiting for the worst to give my best. "
The fight will be the opponent in the country for the first time away from home. But, to debut on the right foot, the first Brazilian in action at UFC expects to have all the positive vibes of his country.
"I want to thank everyone who prayed for me and trust that the staff goes to me, telling everyone who will attend the fight. Please continue like this, because I will give the maximum. Brazilian never give up and I never give up ", closes.

#312her defensive wrestling is ok, but Germaine isnt going to be shooting for anything.
Germaine isnt a wizard mma artist but she has enough to keep this standing. Where she is going to be gigantic compared to Kedzie. Plus a better kick boxer too.Comment -

#314popped the over 2.5. Kedzie wont be able to land that high kick for a ko. Kedzie has a chin. She usually loses by submission. Germaine wont go for submissions. Only stoppage I see is Germaine by strikes.Comment -

#315Germaine has been at 145 most of her career. Except her first fight in strike force.
Germaine is probably the best 3-2 fighter on the planet. I remember everyone betting HIROKO against her. I got her at +170 or something.
A real good athlete going against a Dominatrix in her mid thirties and the mma market thought HIROKO was going to win.
Sometimes I just shake my head.Comment
