Most important thing for back pain is exercise. The more it hurts, the more you work it. Switch to sitting on a ball an hour a day too, that'll force you to sit proper and keep your spine in alignment.

I would totally tout to support myself and my family but that's not what I'm doing. I'm a writer (who happens to be an exceptional MMA capper) who got hired to write free articles, simple as that.
