Shogun is finished... He has no motivation to perform in good shape for the fights, he now fights with his hard chin and brave heart, anyway won't be enough to beat Gustafsson.

Hey, Digo, wanna put your money, I mean, SBR points, where your mouth is? Let's say 1000 points. And I can give you better odds than Pinnacle...
Shogun has a better chin, more experience, more power, better BJJ and only trails in gas tank size, reach and possibly motivation. I can maybe see Gustafsson winning by decision, if Shogun stays overly passive, while if one of these two gets submitted or knocked out, it will surely be Gustafsson.

Shogun scoring the knockout is certainly more likely than Gustafsson scoring the knockout, but the possibility of a submission falls more closely with Gustafsson, in my opinion. I think dropping Shogun and choking him out is the only way Gus finishes this fight.
Pretty clear striker vs wrestler match-up though, and I like Gus's takedown defence better than Shogun's takedowns.

there no way i would bet shogun at this point in his career, he just looks horrible, very slow and bad foot work, almost so flat footed hes a target. if Alexander line drops to -160ish or less it definitely worth a big play.

That being said, have you watched a Shogun fight recently? He got out-struck by a wrestler, in Dan Henderson, who he proceeded to take down repeatedly, and then he got out-struck by Brandon Vera, who he also proceeded to take down. This isn't new, either. Watch the Little Nog fight again. Or the Cyborg Santos fight. Or the Cyrille Diabate fight.
bunch of feminine post in this joint lately. Shogun fit, Franklins looks. Good grief.

Things get "hard" you know when there is no UFC for a few weeks!

Hypothetically, if NCAA Shogun shows up and is successful in getting the fight to the mat, I think Shogun by decision +575 is an OK bet

yeah but Gustaffsson moves around a lot (uses the Cruz technique of hands low and constant movement/angles like a few of the fighters have done or tried to do fter they've left their camps and spent time with him at Alliance) so he isnt going to be heavy-footed and static like Dan Henderson or Brandon Vera
